I'd like to once again reced my review. Once again, I am left disappointed in this restaurant. My husband and I have been going here for about 3 years. Over the past year, my experience has gotten worse and worse. Today was the last straw, and we will sadly be finding a new Mexican restaurant to dine at. After placing our order and food comes out, I see my meal is not what I ordered. I can be a "picky" eater. I order food. I know I enjoy no shame in that. Quesadilla with pulled pork and cheese. No onions, no cilantro, no sauce. So when I see my order coming out with soap tasting cilantro, I politly send it back. No worries. When it comes out again, it's leaking a sauce. So, giving it the good college try, I take a no thank you bite. Nope! I want what I ordered. This time, having my husband send it back for the second time. This time, the friendly bartender comes back and says it's what I ordered, (its not. it's never looked like that since the first time I ordered it 3 years ago. After stating that he gave me two options, take it or cancel my order. So, I am not satisfied with the food and the fact that no one is trying to understand what my simple order is. I canceled my order. I've only eaten chips and salsa, watched everyone else eat, and want to know what is worse? They still charged us for my food that they got wrong twice. Charged us for food that wasn't right and charged us for food that was never eaten.
If you have a picky kid, or you or your kids are on the spectrum with texture issues around food, hope for the best, but expect to be disappointed. I know this review will probably do nothing, wont get wasted money back, but I wanted to give you my honest review on why we will not eat here again. It's a sad day that my love for this...
Read moreI have been here many times and enjoy the food. HOWEVER, my wife and I went last Wednesday on their wine Wednesday special, and are very disappointed. First I noticed that they had raised their wine prices $5.00 a bottle, and had designated house wines now. Okay I dealt with that. Their special now listed 50% off bottles of wine except house wines (previously not segregated as they didn't designate house wines).
Okay so I chose a Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon because it was $17.00 on special for 50% off. It was the only Rodney Strong listed for $17.00. When our bill came, it was incorrect listing the price for all of the other Rodney Strong's at $20,00 with the sale of $10.00. When we brought this to the waitress's attention, she told us that the "computer doesn't usually make mistakes" but she would look at it. After looking at it and the menu, she went to talk to some one, and came out an told us that it was misprinted on their menu, and they couldn't (YOU MEAN WOULDN'T) do anything about it. The manager had said he couldn't sell a bottle of Rodney Strong for the same price as the house wine, and we could pay the $17.00 instead if we wanted. What kind a of a resolution is that? We let them know that this was FALSE ADVERTISING, and it was not our fault that they listed it wrong. They would do nothing about it. We paid our bill and left. This is not about the $1.50 I lost, it is about the principal of the matter. They made a mistake, and would not rectify it. They lost a loyal customer, because I can't trust what the print or say.

Read moreWorst experience i have ever had! The owners daughter is so unbelievably rude! I had told her what i wanted and was really craving which was chile verde and a chile reno. She said well you could do the dinner combo. So i said okay perfect thats what i want. My plate came out really small with a sauce container full of cheile verde on the side. I asked is this all the chile verde it comes with and she said well yeah when you add it on the lunch plate. Well thats not what i wanted or was under the understanding that i was getting. So i said well i wanted the dinner and i thought i got two entrees i could pick. She said yes you do get two picks with the dinner. (Mind you it's 8:40pm im starving and havent ate a thing all day) then proceeded to tell me that i didn't ask for dinner so thats what i get and took my chile verde and walked away. Leaving me speechless. I eventually flagged down a waitress and asked tp speak with a manager. When the manager finally came he basically told me that theres nothing he can do becuase thats the owners daughter and asked if that's not what i want. I said well no, he took my plate and left with it. I left the restaurant hungry, irritated, felt like i was going to cry, and now im super hungry but to upset to eat. I was a regular customer at this restaurant and now with never return again. To bad you lost a vaulable long time customer who has lots of events at your restaurant becuase of this terrible...
