My mother, brother, and i'd gone to dripping crab to order for the first time!! I must say... I do not approve of the food! 1st discrepancy is that the online menu states we have a choice to have our seafood boiled or steamed (they don't ask nor give you that option upon ordering) the 2nd discrepancy is that the online menu states that with each pound of seafood you get a corn and potato with one pound (the in store menu does not mention that at all) I brought that to the severs attention and he had to go into the kitchen to tell the cooks to add it to my order i ordered one piundcshrimp and one pound crawfish (in which they only added one corn and one potato when it should have been two of each (one of each per pound) 3rd discrepancy I chose to pay more for the "seasonal fresh crawfish") a bit over a $5 difference. Nothing fresh about those crawfish I eat seafood often and know that most frozen crawfish have missing claws because the claws tend to break off in the bags of frozen crawfish. 4th discrepancy is the crawfish were extra dry!! Barley any sauce in the bag. I say honestly I already see that this place is very unethical and lies about the source of seafood they are serving as if I don't know how fresh crawfish tastes or the texture of it. There's a true difference between fresh crawfish and frozen crawfish!! I'd spent over 55 bucks here! I'll NEVER order here again I'd rather stick with captain crab, and blazin cajun which are located in Stockton and are over all better options when going for seafood plus they actually give you your corn and potato per pound you don't have to ask for it!! Terrible experience!!!! I would love to get a call back from the owner/manager. I went with my sister and father as an early Father’s Day dinner. We were seated but we were acknowledged by any server for over 10 minutes. I let that slide. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when the busboy was cleaning the table behind us and practically splashed and spilled someone’s sauce drippings onto my hat and clothes. I was surprised and he just looks at me dumbfounded and hesitates for like 30 seconds and says “sorry” He didn’t sound genuine at all. I normally don’t do this, but I asked to speak to the manager; and she didn’t know what else to say. I think her husband came out and said something about “drying”. He didn’t speak good English so it was hard to comprehend him. I left very disappointed and angry. The lady just handed me a coupon for my next visit, but I feel that is not enough because there probably won’t be a next time. I worked countless years as a customer service manager and this is not how your run a business! Please train your staff to tend to your clients more attentively and at least have some...

Straight forward I’m from Stockton CA. I’ve been to boiling crab , joes , captain and few other places in and out of area this is all NorCal and surrounding or inner city. THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED and mid quality. Captain crab 3 mins away is flavored better and priced better I paid 240$ for a bag of crab and a small bag of shrimp one meal and a few drinks. They charge for refills sauces and condiments like butter. I think the building their in on pacific avenue is high rent and cursed because this is the 4th or 5th business in the last 5-7 years. We won’t be back and I wish a manager would call me this was a horrible experience and the price and quality of the sauce , shrimp , crab and catfish wasn’t great and also rushed fish and shrimp could’ve been cooked longer flavoring can improve. We will not be back. Recommend pricing out your meals and their menu if you so decide to try this place.
