The service at this Denny’s was mediocre. Although the staff were friendly, the overall efficiency left much to be desired. We were seated relatively quickly, but it took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. This was disappointing, especially given that the restaurant was not very busy at the time.
The quality of the food was hit-or-miss. I ordered the Grand Slam breakfast, which included pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The pancakes were decent, but the eggs were overcooked and lacked seasoning. The bacon was overly greasy, and the sausage was somewhat bland. My companion ordered a burger, which was underwhelming in both taste and presentation, with the bun being slightly stale.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was another area of concern. The table we were seated at had remnants of food from previous customers, and the floor had visible crumbs and debris. The restroom facilities were also not well-maintained, with paper towels scattered around and a lack of soap in the dispenser.
While Denny’s is known for its affordable prices, the quality of the experience did not justify even the lower cost. The portions were adequate, but considering the issues with food quality and service, it did not feel like good value for the money spent.
The ambiance was fairly standard for a diner but could use some improvement. The lighting was a bit too dim, creating a somewhat gloomy atmosphere. Additionally, the background music was a bit too loud and not conducive to a comfortable dining experience.
Overall, my experience at this Denny’s was below average. While the friendly staff were a positive aspect, the slow service, inconsistent food quality, cleanliness issues, and less-than-inviting ambiance made for a disappointing visit. There is certainly room for improvement in several areas to enhance the overall...
Read moreServers are phenomenal, managers not. Sat on azz and watched the 2 servers be swamped and overwhelmed... threatened to call the cops when customers complained. Stephanie and Kristian are awesome.. Jessica Rojas not, she is a lazy suck behind manager..
9-26-18. Just gave them a second chance. Major fail. Krappy slow service, took almost an hour from the time we walked in, to get our food. Order was not right, and did not come out all at one time. Manager smiled and waved, spoke to us and was pleasant, then called the police (mixed races family, racial profiling? ) after we ate, got leftovers boxed and paid.. cops showed up and told my daughter she couldn't come back. There was no issue or confrontation, nor were we ever asked to leave.... cops didn't even understand it.. they actually recommended a different Denny's as a cleaner better option.. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Note that while we were there other people were tired of waiting and walked out. Truly a waste of...
