So my experience this evening was a bit concerning. It was really a staffing issue,the same person taking the orders was filling them. This means they are using their gloves on their headset to take orders, handling money, and debit cards. Then filling drinks as I watched them pull the cups apart from the Inside, fill it with ice, and the drink...But this wasn't the worst thing I witnessed. They touch the headset, opened my fries wrapper, and filled my fries. I had to speak up and they were embarrassed, apologize! immediately change gloves, and dumped the fries and made me new one. But think about it. How does the person who staffed that shift expect them to do this for every order, they don't. Which means they are putting profits over customer safety. For now on when you use an understaffed drive thru think twice before you pay for that meal, and don't use them again! Shame on the managers and special thanks to this dear employee for their kindness! Kudos to the staff and I am disappointed with the folks staffing the drive thru. Read moreThere’s an older women working there plus size, with dyed red hair with gray roots, sagging freckled skin and, a chest tattoo 😂, I unfortunately did not get her name. You pull up to order and she says nothing and you just wait there until she feels like taking your order even when no one is ahead of you. She seemed like she was angry because I pulled up and ordered which means she had to work and she was comfortable sitting down. I honestly think she was sleep but It was around 10:30am and she was exhausted or at least that’s how she looked just tired.
What’s the issue I’m trying to buy food you sell food what’s the attitude about. Although she is rude and slow but she’s old so I understood but man I ordered one meal it was a 10 minutes wait and that’s not including the time it took for me to order and you would think after waiting all that time my food would be fresh, nope. Read moreLast night, I ordered the Jack McSpicy sandwich meal from the Hammer Lane Jack in the Box location, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience.
The chicken in my sandwich was completely undercooked—it was hard, making it impossible to eat. Additionally, the Coke I received was completely flat and tasted like sweetened water with no carbonation at all.
Due to the poor quality and concern for my health, I had to throw the entire meal away. I also took photos of the food to document the issue.
I tried calling the restaurant three times, and no one answered. The night shift employees were unprofessional and clearly not trained in proper food handling or customer service. This is unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns.
