Louie's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Stockton

I was charged twice for the same order, once on the online menu and then again after a phone call with Louie's Chinese Food to "confirm" my card number. When I showed the delivery guy "the Manager" the online bank statement showing two charges for the same order he refused and told me I don't deserve a refund, we then went on to argue for 20 minutes in front of my house. The "Manager" was raising his voice, becoming very defensive and yelling at me when I would ask for a refund or ask how to get a refund with kids and neighbors around. This is a very disrespectful and unprofessional way to handle a customer complaint as "Manager" of the store. We could not come to an agreement as he declined my request for a refund for one of the two charges so I sent him on his way. I had to make several phone calls before I was issued a refund for one of the two charges. The phone call I made to get the refund was not affiliated with the restaurant. By the time the arguing was over the food was cold anyway. I will never buy from Louie's...

I came to the restaurant Friday 3/9/18 to get a 2 item combo,this is my first time trying this place,I usually go to china express where the food is always tasty and fresh,but it was packed and busy so I decided to to try this place out I got a 2 item combo”chowmein,fried rice,and prawns and a piece of chicken,it was disgusting.the chowmien was realllly dry as if it was from the day before the rice was really hard and they only gave me 2 little small fried prawns and a fried little drumstick,I saw the portions they gave me and decided to get and additional 3 fried wings which were 80 cents each,they were stale and the bones were all broken.i think the weirdest part was that the lady didn’t bother to ring me up she just said it was 10 dollars,no receipts no nothing.i didn’t enjoy this place and wouldn’t recommend...

This place has really gone down since I first came here in 2004. The quality of the food is more about getting it out then checking if the flavor is there. I wanted fried chicken instead of the lady ordering me some more she gave me the chicken that was with the food in the front. I asked if it was fresh and she said yes 🤔🤣 and when I ate it it was dry and usually the chicken is excellent. The beef Chow fun had more Chow than meat and my fried rice with shrimp had probably two. Every time I come here they never give you an itemized receipt and it seems they charge me more and I ordered the same thing and when I asked why is it higher than last time the other lady said taxes 🤷🤦🤔. I'm going to fix this problem and never go...
