This McDonald’s has got me in a funk cus I love Mickey D’s and I’ve come to this one frequently; however, my most recent experience has highlighted some important failures in their business approach. I ordered some sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins (around 11 AM so granted it was during their lunch hours), and was told to wait in one of the parking spots for my food. I put in my sauce request then parked in the spot. When I received my order, they did not provide my sauces, then I also noticed they put the folded, yellow style of egg that comes out of a tube instead of the fresh cracked egg in my sandwiches. I went inside and they told me they ran out of the fresh eggs as well as the salsa I requested. Where my problem stands is that I had to go confront them about the order, and they responded in a manner that showed they know they messed up, tried to hide it, and didn’t think I’d notice or confront them about it. They also did not offer the ameliorate the situation in any way. I realize they are in a constant rush, but to give someone something they didn’t order instead of just being honest and saying they don’t have the ingredients for the order, and to think people will just stay silent is ridiculous and a poor way to handle the situation. I have also come in to this location a few times and ordered fries with no salt, and every time they put salt on them. Some people have dietary restrictions preventing them from eating salt so this is pretty messed up, but also some people just don’t want to pay 4$ for old stale fries so they ask for no salt so a new batch has to be prepared. Start making fries to order or at least in smaller batches, and have a separate section for saltless fries so you don’t accidentally hospitalize anyone. Y’all are a McDonald’s, you can afford to make some necessary changes/“sacrifices” now get it together ya fools. Anyways, check out this sandwich everybody. Instagram worthy...
Read moreI go to this McDonald’s literally every single day. I went today when I got off work as I usually do, and needed to add something else to my order. The lady in the first window completely ignored me and my bf. We waited for over 5 minutes. There was nobody. We even honked and tapped on the glass. Nothing. So since we waited so long we decided to just pull up and add it, but to my surprise at the second window the lady blatantly refused. Even though it was their fault for ignoring us at the first window where we were suppose to add our items. She proceeded to argue with me about it being our fault even tho they have terrible customer service and the lady walked away before we could even say a word. I then proceeded to ask for the manager hoping we could resolve this issue, but he refused to help me as well. I wish I got all of their names because this is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had here. I offered to wait until he assisted the others car and told him it wasn’t our fault his worker was so unaware of the customers still clearly waiting at the window to be helped. He said there was nothing he could do. Im considering taking this to corporate or HR. This would never happen at my job. Customer service is our priority.
