Wanted one fresh meal made to order your representative that was taking orders that Sunday night would not acknowledge me! Went through paid the $14 and some change which is what I’m gonna request back from McDonald’s. drove off with the meal it seemed like it was warm from the bag. When I bit into the burger, I could tell it had been nuked quite a bit. The top bun was still cool or warm to the touch. The bottom one was like steaming hot and so was the patty right above the bread the second patty because it was a double Was more or less kind of not even warm. It was horrible when it nearly burned my tongue. It was so hot. Disgusting! Went to pick it up and it charged me twice, exact same amount 1 minute apart. Then when I get to the window they say that they aren't taking mobile orders. I said according to the app you do, it let me place an order, it charged me for it and it sent me here to pick it up. They said it's not working, there's nothing they can do. I said that I was charged twice for this order and now they won't even give me the food. Asked for a manager. "Maria" refused to give a last name, refused to call her boss, refused to give me my food that I had gotten charged for twice, she said she's not going to do anything, she won't contact anyone, won't give me my food and won't give me a last name. I am officially done with McDonald's, I'm uninstalling their app and not going back. Incompetent unhelpful employees who have no idea what they're doing, no management abilities and rude. Read moreI visited the McDonald’s on Charter Way in Stockton and had another unpleasant encounter with an older Latina lady who seems to have a manager or lead position. I asked a simple question about my drinks not having Monopoly stickers, and instead of answering politely, she told another employee they had run out — with an attitude.
When I asked if I could exchange my drink for a large coffee, she responded in the same rude tone, saying the prices were different. I let her know I didn’t expect it for free and was willing to pay the difference, but she replied with an attitude again that she could only take cash since there’s no register at window #2.
I still paid, but she continued to act irritated and rushed me when asking how I wanted my coffee. I responded quickly just to end the interaction. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of behavior from her, and it’s disappointing — especially since she seems to be in a leadership role. She should set a better example and communicate respectfully with customers...
