My friends I don't recommend this place to eat especially if you wanted that family dinner, I don't know exactly what it was my Hispanic looking or not a white man but I was hungry and they were the closest to me anyway they didn't offer anything not even a"Hi" food didn't feel fresh and the beer was not cold enough, I always go for service and food taste once in a while a Modelo special is welcome 😁 depending on what kind of food I get soup with cold beer it's perfect and tacos with soda and water it's perfect, just not at this place they were staring at me making me feel like I was not welcome and I don't like it but they do like your money and it's not a cheap place to go to. I have always ordered the birria with mole and extra tortillas. I mostly order to go - but I have eaten a few times in the restaurant. All the interactions with the staff were pleasant - no complaints. The food has a unique flavor and was consistently good for me.

I was disappointed to find out that the owners were unable to renew the lease of the building and closed on April 30, 2025. They have relocated to 116 N Santa Cruz Ave, Modesto, CA 95354. I had birria which was delicious. It is pricey but it is definitely worth it. The place was way too loud the cashier children were doing kids things and being kids but it was definitely a little too much noise to handle. I hurry up and eat and I order two more pounds of it for to go. I drove two hours to get there and almost there to get home because of traffic. If you are a female go with someone else and don’t bring a purse if you don’t make sure it is small and carry it on the front.
