Your average taco truck. I got 5 different tacos, a quesadilla, and a burrito. All different times. The tacos are decent. I had asada, cabeza, langua, and tripa. Burrito would be good if they didn’t use day old rice. The quesadilla was pretty good. Only thing that bothers me is every time I’ve gone. The service was good. Can’t say the same for the food. First, the quesadilla de tripa was way too overcooked almost burnt and it tasted like it too. The tacos were alright but little burnt too. Hands down the best taco truck in Stockton!! The meat is of good quality— it doesn't taste old & tough. The pico de gallo is a blessing because that's how my family eats homemade tacos and it's so rare to find a food truck that offers it....
