Got there just before closing around 5 p.m. I wanted to see if they had any iguanas. They had 1 blue iguana that I asked the helper to take out for me. I didn't have enough money on me and not enough time to go get money and the helper asked his boss if I could leave a deposit so I could come back today and buy it. They let me put a deposit on it so I can get it this morning. They were super busy getting ready to close but they took time to take my deposit and help me. I thought this was a really nice thing for them to do for me during a very busy time of day. I am a frequent customer buying my dog and cat food and other pet supplies. The workers always help me with a friendly attitude and I like seeing all the animals kept in clean cages. It's like going to a little farm in the city. 5 stars for a great store. I'm happy they are in town and I encourage you to visit them for your pet...

DO NOT BUY ANIMALS FROM THIS PLACE! I have chickens at my house and wanted to get some new hens for eggs. well I went to the store Wed or Thurs i cant remember exactly bought 2 red hens and a silky (because she looked cute) and came home. as soon I got here (about 15 min drive) I took them out the box and I could already see one of the red hens was acting differently but I thought it maybe was the stress of coming to new home. well by Sat she had died and today Monday my chicken that I've had for more than a year is sick!!! she has a swollen face and my rooster seems sad as well. I called them very upset and they said they could do anything and that they don't think the chicken was sick and somehow casually my old chickens...

used to work at Lids hat store. saw their many different many different hats, they unlocked the cabinet and allowed me to try on many of the hats until i found the one i liked the best. the staff member was friendly and never made me feel rushed. the store is very clean and well organized. they even have some fish, reptiles, and invertebrates. local honey, salsa, and jerky. awesome selection of feed and chicks. chinchillas. guinea pigs. hens, roosters. was really cool. they even had bags of crushed oyster shells. really unique store. loved the mom and pop/ general store vibe. the exterior of the building itself is really cool as well. really a gem to the...
