MiBurgers — Restaurant in Stockton

Very unprofessional place with absolute horrible service. I came in with a group of friends, and placed an order for a "Dou." Waited 20 minutes for my food to come out, when it came out it was not what I ordered. I clarified with the person helping me what I wanted exactly, a few moments later was brought out a single burger by the man at the counter & was told to wait for the second burger. I did not realize it was wrong right away & when I realized it was I walked up to the counter to explain that what I received was wrong again. Upon doing so, the man at the counter started to get aggravated & at that moment I decided that I no longer wanted to eat there (in shock of the way he was reacting to me wanting to have my order corrected) I had lost my appetite by then. He offered to give me a refund, I said that would be great. After he looked at my reciept he said he'd only refund me after I brought back my milkshake from the table. Again in shock before getting back to my table I felt embarrassed & said "it's fine I don't need a refund" (his eyes were on me as I walked back). Going back to the table to sit down with my friends, before I could even sit he came charging towards me and threw the money on the table uttering "we don't take charity." I turned around towards him and he looked as if he was ready to fight me & then said "you don't talk to me like that." I understand if he felt pressured by the work load, but I still can not believe how I was treated or spoken to by him. I have never been in any restaurant/ business and have been treated so poorly. Whenever I drive back to the Bay Area from visiting Sacramento over the weekend, MiBurger is a must-stop. No exaggeration – it’s my absolute favorite burger spot, hands down, anywhere. I literally think about finally going back to this place for weeks whenever I get a burger craving.

First off, their classic burger is downright delicious, packed with flavor and made just right. The burgers at MiBurger lean towards a large slider size, which I actually love because it lets me sample more of their menu in one go. My usual order? The trio: a classic burger, a buffalo chicken sandwich, and a wild card depending on my mood. And speaking of that buffalo chicken sandwich – as someone who usually sticks to burgers, this one is amazing. Better than Chick-Fil-A or Popeyes or Jollibee or etc.

And then, there are the MiBurger fries. Let me tell you, these round fries are on another level. They’re hands down the best fries I’ve had, bar none. When I first discovered MiBurgers (stopped by the area to charge at the Tesla Superchargers) I was craving sweet potato fries, which very much satisfied my craving. But after my first taste of the MiBurger fries, I was hooked. Now, they’re the only fries I order.

While I’m sure their other menu items are just as great, I’m a creature of habit, especially when driving from so far away. MiBurger makes the drive totally worth it every time. Highly recommended for any burger lover! I wish they opened up a location in...

The food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was prepared to perfection—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. It was clear that a lot of care goes into their menu and it absolutely paid off. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The owner was incredibly attentive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even better, the owner himself was super nice and came by to check on us, offering helpful recommendations and genuinely making us feel at home. It’s rare to encounter such hands-on, personal service these days! While we waited for our food, they had a selection of fun games to keep us entertained. It was a small, thoughtful touch that made the wait much more enjoyable and added to the overall positive vibe of the place. All in all, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Great food, top-notch service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—what more could you ask for?
