Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Stockton

Hey Papa! I love how you made my all meat pizza exactly as I wanted by substituting the ground beef with bacon, and not just bacon, but EXTRA bacon!!! Mmmmmmm! Oooh, and that cinnamon wheel dessert was made perfectly with just the right amount of brown sugar, butter,oatmeal and cinnamon spread mix ( before baking it, I especially love the oatmeal clump balls because I can just pick it up and feed it to my little boy and it puts a huge beaming smile on his face ). Even the mediterranean salad was exceptional! Not only was it fresh like always, it had generous amounts of everything I savor in that specific salad, the only salad I will ever buy premade ever again! For any one that did not know, the mediterranean salad comes with the most delicious sun dried tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese that I have ever tasted in my whole entire life...and listen to this, although I usually ask for ranch, and I do like ranch with any salad, but for reals, this salad is ah-maaaazing WITHOUT dressing and WITHOUT croutons!!! I'm not kidding!!! And I am sorry for not remembering your names, but I want to thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart for making my family's lunches and dinners fulfilling and delicious. These 3 items ( all meat pizza, cinnamon wheel, mediterranean salad ) are my family's favorite order and we will continue to order this over and over again endlessly. And you guys really outdid yourselves by mailing me coupons including one for 25% off my order which I use as much as possible. Sheesh, you guys absolutely have the best value for the food you provide and I'm ever so grateful for you Papa Murphy's! I order about once a week, sometimes twice a week here, at this Lower Sacramento Road location in Stockton. THIS is how I feel about your establishment almost EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. DON'T EVER...

The Papas at Thornton and Pacific is HORRIBLE! RUN to another , any other Pappa Murphy's!! I've had two horrible experiences there this summer. #1) The first one I called and ordered a couple pizzas, like I do all the time. My daughter went to pick up the pizzas and they said they didn't have any order under my name or phone number. My daughter drove all the way pout to the store@Morada & 99, thinking i must've ordered at that 1. I hadn't, so seeing that she was so upset they made my pizzas right then and there. She was out the door in 15 minutes. They were very nice there. When she got home I called the store at the Civic and Thornton and when I ask to speak to the manager I had to go through three different women saying they were the manager before I actually got the man that is the manager. He wouldn't do anything to make it up. They had written my name wrong,wrote my number down wrong. The so called manager said that was my fault. #2) I bit into my first piece &crunched right on a piece of glass, it felt like I busted my tooth. I put it in a sandwich bag and called them. Instantly defensive, not apologetic AT ALL! I took my piece of glass to them and all I heard was, "We don't have any glass in our kitchen so it couldn't have been on our pizza!" That was it, the last straw. I or my family WILL NOT be going there EVER again. SUCK IT PAPPA MURPHYS!...

Got the thin crust gourmet veggie, I have been eating this exact pizza for years from other papa Murphys. It’s my favorite but sadly this time the crust was raw after cooking EXACTLY how the instructions said. I called the store and informed them about what happened and they told me it must be a problem with my oven. I said in that case I’ll just take my money back and I was asked to bring the pizza back in as”proof”. I brought it in and I took a video but how disgusting and shameful it was walking in the store with a cooked pizza with 1 piece missing. So awkward. I will say they didn’t hassle me about it and that’s why I gave 2 stars but due to the fact I had to bring the pizza back in is why I’m writing...
