I am endlessly impressed by this place and their never ending refreshingly different gourmet delights. I tell EVERYONE about RSC because it is the best around. We LOVE RSC! Everything we have ever ordered has been so so delicious. I love stopping in to grab a few pantry items (especially house smoked/cured fish) to have handy to make any meal feel special. This is a fantastic little 12 seat restaurant, hidden away in Stockton New Jersey. They are open only two days a week for dining in, and takeout for the other four days a week. Closed on Monday.
