We went and we asked to buy a cup of ice. The girl automatically went off on my daughter, telling her that she was gonna give her a ice, but the next time that she came in that she was gonna have to pay for my daughter at automatically gone in there to buy a ice cup. I don’t know why the girl automatically didn’t hear what she said, but automatically started telling her what she felt girl next time you should pay attention to what people are saying to you instead of automatically going off I went into use the restroom. Restrooms were nasty. No toilet paper Went into the other one. Also same thing they definitely need to sit down and clean the Starbucks not too many Starbucks we travel everywhere and this is probably one of the ones that I was just really not impressed with. Read moreif this place wasn't down the street from my job i'd boycott. I like to personalize my drinks to my liking because i have certain health needs. The barista that helped me was very insensitive asking me why and telling me i'm ordering another drink cheaper and that i just don't want to pay for the whipped cream when I didn't even ask for whipped cream nor creamer because i am lactose intolerant (mind you this was in front of other customers) she kept correcting me coz she said the drink i'm ordering was basically a drink they already have on the menu. Read moreWednesday April 30th around 4pm I went to this Starbucks with my son and sister and my son who is autistic level 3 screamed once ... my son screams are unpredictable but the Starbucks workers over reacted to his scream. My life as an autism mother is hard enough now have stares and over reaction over a scream like they have never heard a scream made me feel horrible I did let them know once I saw them freaking out that he's autistic and the employee's went back to doing there job.
