Disaster tonight! I was in the mood for a salad and their salads look good on paper. In reality they are a disaster! First off I ordered the tuna protein bowl. It’s actually a large salad but they jammed into this little bowl and everything smooshed together. Very hard to eat. The salads that I’ve seen online have been chopped. That makes more sense. But evidently they don’t know how to do that here‼️🤦🏻‍♂️ I asked for double portions of two different kinds of dressing and I only had one fork full where I tasted any dressing at all. I asked for the crunchy crumbles to be on the side and not in the salad because I did not want them soggy by the time I ate the salad. Well guess what they were soggy as hell and chewy. They belong in the garbage can and not if somebody’s order. Subway, stick to sandwiches. Most of the time the sandwiches are OK. Don’t promote your salads because they’re not good at all. Cannot recommend them‼️☠️

I came yesterday and a soon as I enter, I see a young man making a sandwich. I walk up to him and say hello. This guy straight up ignored me. Didn't even LOOK UP. I'm just standing there waiting for my order to be taken or for him to say "Hi sorry someone will be with you shortly " but nope. He has airpods in. Doesn't say a single word to me. Then, an older lady comes out of the back room and takes my order. Not much customer service skills from her either. Another customer comes in and he has to take her order. He doesn't even say "hi" to her either! No smiles. No "Anything else?". No, "Have a great day". This guy should not be working in the customer service field. He...

My companion and I had a great experience here shortly before noon on Sunday April 12th. Got a footlong on honey oat bread which they were kind enough to cut and put into two bags and of course we had two drinks and two bags of chips. What made the experience memorable was that the two girls who were working look very much alike and I thought they were twins but they straightened me out and told me that they are not even members of the same family just friends from school.
