Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stonelick Township

Asked for extra caramel around my cup, received it initially with barely anything and asked Christa at the window if she could fix it to how I ordered it, to which she told me “it’s too late we already made it”, so I asked if there was anyway the could just dump it into another cup (mind you I always have issues with this location, anytime I ask for caramel drizzle on anything they never do it) & she proceeded to stare at me while talking to other coworkers about it then shoved this out the window with a sarcastic tone & smile while saying “here you go”. Please show me where my order was fixed or how you see “extra” anything on the side of my cup. Rude for no reason, and can’t complete an order to how they’re asked to be made.

This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location, their orders are almost never made correctly, they don’t put whip cream on their signature drinks unless you tell them to and they charge you for it (even though whip cream COMES WITH those drinks). Almost 7 times out of 10 the person at the window has a scowl on their face and just looks and sounds unhappy to even be there. This location..... SMH......has had some ups and downs and I have been a super loyal customer throughout but today was last time I'll ever patronize this particular business, as well as the subway and gas station attached because, let's be honest, we know the same Indian family owns it. The last 6 or so times I've come through the male that is now working mostly later in the day doesn't even attempt to speak clear, mumbles constantly, you to repeat back and forth WAY TOO MUCH and not to mention the time at the speaker 4+ minutes just waiting for someone to say give us a minute just wait more minutes. I've came back even after you made my drinks horrible (iced coffee, vanilla , cream, sugar) This used to be a great location and the staff was amazing but over time all the usual staff is gone. Also!!! The last time I came through, another 10 minute adventure for 1 drink, 1 order of hash browns and some donut holes......the women was on video chat with just laughing it up. I really wish a local group could come in and...

A new flavor of donuts! Chocolate & Strawberry. Don’t bother to ask for papers between them, “we don’t do” that was the response. The paper they used to grab the donuts are then tossed in the trash. This has been the last several years so. it a recent thing. I quit buying from here but my wife drove through and this was here surprise. She was more activated bit probably because I expect it and quit buying anything from here. Customer service just isn’t and hasn’t been there. As others mention, most act like they would like to be anywhere else in the world. This really goes back to the owners though. The employees do & get away with what the owners are willing to let them. It’s not a top coffee place but definitely not the cheapest...
