Rose the cashier was amazing excellent customer service skills. Rose nailed every aspect of her job starting with allowing the customer to review the menu in a drive through is unheard of at almost any fast food restaurant. Being a consumer your almost yelled at trying to order through the drive through if your taking too long. Rose then was jist so nice documenting every part of my order onto the receipt including sauces etc... Rose sounds like a keeper as an employee to go above and beyond the way she does is hard to come by I would give her a raise she definitely deserves one. Thank you Rose for giving me exceptional customer service which to be honest you really dont see anymore these days good for you keep giving out that amazing customer...
Read morewhen doordashing today, i took an order at arbys. we pulled up, went to the doors, they were locked. we then went to the drive thru, no one came on the intercom so we pulled forward to the window, sat there until some girl walked by, made eye contact with me, then walked away. she came back to the window a couple minutes later looking very annoyed, and informed us that they were in fact closed. on google and on doordash, it says arbys is open until 9. i then had to drop the order, and it affected my dasher rating which is upsetting because i had a perfect rating up until then. i will no longer be dining here or accepting deliveries here and will be notifying everyone i know...
Read moreCashier was friendly and the food was tasty. Pretty standard service for a fast food place. Nothing about it went above and beyond to enhance my experience. For example; my boy dropped his sandwich (1.80$) and i asked if i could get a free one to replace it and they said they couldnt do anything about it, that i had to buy another one. Granted i already spent 25$ the least they could do would be give me a free one. They have no problem replacing it if they make a mistake. I dont see what the difference is. I used to work at Panera Bread and if something like this happend we would replace it, but guess some companies are about profit and some are about keeping...
