I picked up a pair of shoes at DSW across the street from this Burger King so I figured I'd go in and get something to eat. I stood in line for 10 minutes with three other people who were just as perplexed as I was because nobody was taking orders. There was a guy in drive through that eventually came over and said next, after 5 more minutes I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a chocolate shake and the cashier said something under his breath, I said excuse me he said "no shake today" so I got a Coke he took my money and gave me a cup. I said thank you he smirked and walked away. The look on this man's face was utter disgust or annoyance. The neck tattoo didn't help. After waiting at least 8 more minutes the same guy called my number and walked away, I needed more ketchup but honestly I didn't want to interact with this employee anymore. When I asked about my order the bk worker grabbed my food gave it to me and asked if that was all of it. like you are the one bagging you should know.but it gets better.i told him I wanted my order redone because of what I had seen going on with my food and that it's all now cold.
