Chinatown — Restaurant in Brockton

When for dinner, food was overprice as i pay almos $16 for a house especial fried rice and chicken wings,while waiting for my food i experience to see the way a customer was treated over the phone while making a complain about her food, seconds after that another customer step inside to complain about the taste of her food she just received as deliver, wich they refused to take care of any of the 2 customers. When i receive my food they only serve 2 wings with the dinner where any other chinese restaurant offer 6 and the house especial rice looks owful white with only one shrinp aon it, and was able to count one piece of chicken and pork, i requested my money back. Its amazing how people still go to this place, with no quality of service. The way they price the food its like there its no other chinese restaurant near by that compete with them, and they abussing of that. Ill never do a fake servey because i like to eat out a lot with my family and hope for people to do them aswell, as all i expected is quality.

U more than welcome to call a few chinese restaurant and ask for house especial rice with chiken wing and ask for the count of wing also compare the presentation to see if this people...

PLEASE do NOT waist your time. Terrible customer service!!! I simply wanted a good lunch, and I was completely given a good dose of rudeness, disrespect, and terrible food service. I asked for Subgum vegetable fried rice with chicken no pork with extra vegetables on the side. When I got home my rice was dry and most certainly NOt the extra vegetables and gravy on the side that I asked for. I called to explain my dissatisfaction with the meal and was told to cone back. I drive all the way back to Brockton just to be confronted very rudely by the manager who told me, " you don't know how to order what you want". I maintained my composure and simply said I wanted my order made over and he began to say I was uneducated and went on a whole rant which had nothing to do with my food. I replied, "Sir I am very educated I speak different languages from around the globe. I am a teacher and you have no idea who your dealing with" . He says, "you don't know Chinese". I started speaking the basic Chinese that I know, and he started to change his tune a little bit, but by then I was just over itand in disbelief. I just got back and went to Starbucks. I'll stick to Italian food thanks...

I'm currently staying in a hotel from out of town and ordered from this restaurant the following:

2 liter of soda Wonton Soup Lemon Chicken.

Instead of a 2 liter I received 3 cans of Coke and was informed they were out of 2 liters. Doing the quick and dirty math a 2 liter is ~67.6 fl oz. A Can of soda is 12 oz. 67/12 = 5.58. So I should have received a minimum of 5 cans for cost, technically 5.5. So 5 cans or 6.

I also received no flatware with which to eat my meal. No chopsticks, no fork, no spoon, nothing.

Luckily I was able to go to the lobby and get some disposable flatware, but that meant coming all the way up to my room, unpacking the food, realizing I had nothing to eat it with, and having to go back down to the lobby.

Not a huge deal in itself, but when coupled with the soda issue (especially since the soda is already overpriced, but again stuck in a hotel and figured I'd eat the cost to have it delivered rather than making a trip out...
