Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Stoughton

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at this Jimmy John's, and I must say, it left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lackluster atmosphere that failed to create any excitement or anticipation for my meal. The overall experience was underwhelming, to say the least.

First and foremost, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the friendly demeanor one would expect from a customer-oriented establishment. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions, with no genuine care for the customers' experience. This lack of enthusiasm was reflected in the slow and inefficient service, leaving me waiting far longer than necessary for my order.

Moving on to the food itself, I found it to be quite disappointing. The menu boasted a variety of options, but the quality and taste fell short of expectations. The sandwiches lacked flavor and were assembled haphazardly, with ingredients often spilling out and making a mess. The bread, which is supposed to be a highlight at Jimmy John's, was dry and lacked the freshness one would hope for.

Furthermore, the pricing here is simply unjustifiable. The cost of the sandwiches does not align with the quality or portion sizes provided. I left feeling as though I had overpaid for a subpar meal, which is never a pleasant experience.

Overall, my visit here was a letdown. From the lackluster service to the disappointing food and unjustifiable pricing, I cannot recommend this establishment. There are far better options available for those seeking a satisfying and enjoyable...

Review is specifically for the Stoughton Jimmy Johns. My son and I went in here and ordered 2 combos. When I entered my rewards info, the kid asked me if I wanted to use my free drink reward. I agreed. He added another soda on to my order then removed it and gave me a third drink cup. I told him I didn't want 3 drinks, just give me one of the ones I already have for free. He told me he couldn't do that because it is a setprice for the combo. I didn't want to battle his logic, so I said he can keep it and we can use this as a learning experience. I then waited 10 minutes for my freaky fast spicy Italian and roast beef sandwiches to be made, only to discover down the road that they didn't put hot peppers on...

I ordered Jimmy John’s today for my crew and not only did it take 45 minutes to get my “freaky fast” food (this isn’t even the real issue), but the delivery driver “Jacob” was EXTREMELY rude and so disrespectful. The things he said and the comments he made should never be said to anybody and then when I said “excuse me” because I was in shock that somebody I had already tipped 25% would talk this way. He said he would take the food back and cancel the order and was then withholding our food from us (literally would not hand it over). I will NEVER order from this location again if I ever even order from JJ again. I would not waste your time here. If there was a zero star this location...
