Ordered our favorite pizza online tonight - chicken, bacon, artichoke. Comes with a creamy garlic sauce. Asked for extra bacon and spinach. Hubby picked pizza up and brought it home. Enjoyed their pizzas for a long time (grew up with them), but the service on Jackson St went down hill fast. I recently made an online order and showed up over an hour after the pick-up window to find the pizzas were not ready yet. The associate brusquely told me she was the only person on staff and I'd have to wait while she prepared three other orders first, which would take about an hour. So I returned an hour later and my order still hadn't been prepared while there was new batch of customers now (also) waiting. I asked for the order to be canceled/refunded, got a brush off response from the same associate, and had to dispute the charge with my credit card when it still posted.

Got our pizza wrong. We ordered a chicken bacon garlic pizza which is supposed to have creamy garlic sauce. They put regular pizza sauce on it which doesn't taste right with the ingredients(tomato and green onions). We tried calling ahead to see if we should bring it back but no one would answer! Husband went to complain in store and show that our receipt even has creamy garlic sauce requested on it.
