Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stow

Horrible service! Each time I’ve come to this location I end up disappointed. Today was the last straw. The two ladies working this location try but can not get it right. The older lady takes the orders whilst the younger lady does everything else from making the drinks to running back to sandwich station to make those orders. She’s constantly having to apologize to customers for then older lady’s mistakes and miscommunications. There is a language barrier which makes taken and understanding order difficult but for that matter they do their best. Today I tried to save them time bc they were overwhelmed with orders and people walking in. I asked for my muffin to just be put in the bag with butter on the side. The older lady proceeds to walk my muffin down to the already overwhelmed lady at the sandwich station. I tell her no just put it in the bag please and I’ll take it. She got all bent out of shape bc she couldn’t understand. She took the time I tried to save her and used it to argue with me about how I said i wanted it warmed etc. She then starts speaking her language to the other girl and slams my tea on the counter and walks away! The staff has been pleasant and fine each time I've been there. But unfortunately it was maybe 50-50 I'd get what I went there for. I gave it plenty of chances since they're close to me. Here they are... each one a SEPARATE occurrence:

1: App to pre-order always has Zzzzz. Apparently they are the Dunkin Donuts that are allowed not to do it or fix the reason why they can't. 2: Their hot water isn't working, so no coffee is available. (that happened a few times!) 3: The ice machine isn't working, so no iced coffee. 4: The AC isn't working, so we're closed for the day. (that happened a few times too!) 5: The heat isn't working, so we're closed for the day.

Basically, I never go - because I expect to see a sign outside the door saying what they DON'T offer, if they're even open at all. I think they should just...

Im amazed this store is able to keep its doors open. When you walk in a DD at 8am and there isnt a line, something is seriously wrong, BE ADVISED. Tried several times to make it work, im tired of it. Manager is good for refunding your money, if that is what is in the job description then hell of a job, my money was refunded in less than a minute. These are the kind of people that can’t make 2 coffees at the same time.
