A very unassuming strip mall restaurant. Looking at the exterior, nothing really stood out. After going inside, the decor was extremely pleasant and clean. We were still expecting the run of the mill tasting pizza. But, unlike a lot of small pizzerias, after the first bite, we were very surprised by the good quality toppings and excellent tasting sauce. The crust, which usually finds itself back on the pan which brought the pizza, was some of the tastiest I've had. Now, the fries could have been cooked a little more, or browned, but with the cheese and jalapenos was a very good combination. We, 10/10, will be coming back next time we are it the area.

I'm passing through on a 20day hike to PA, and after 5 days on the mountain I wanted to order some decent food to the hotel. Well this is not the place to get it....i asked for extra ketzup with my onion rings, got 3 packets. I asked if the meatballs were well portioned to spaghetti or if I should order extra, and she told me they were big, well you decide...and they forgot to give me a garlic knot that are supposed to be included. Quality and ingredients are not at all worth your money.

Ordered the "bread sticks" with cheese and these looked like the laziest version of bread sticks I've ever seen. It literally looks like they gave me a bunch of leftover pizza crusts and melted some sliced cheese on it. These bread sticks would make real Italians weep. I really want my money back. If you want good Italian around Strasburg stick with Castiglia's or Italian Touch. These people need to get it together or give up the business if their hearts aren't in it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!

Worst food and overall experience I've had eating out in a long time!

My girl and I went in on a slow week night. We both ordered a chicken salad, that the menu said came with romaine lettuce. When the waitress brought it out it had iceberg lettuce.

When I asked the waitress, she went into a long explanation of how they had a power outage, and their refrigerator was freezing things.

Strike 1 *

(Why wouldn't she have told us that prior to ordering, Especially when we both ordered a salad?!)

The salad was HORRIBLE ! Wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, and frozen cucumbers. We both just ate the chicken off the top, as we were both starving.

Strike 2 *

(Horrible salad)

After that experience, I went up to speak with the manager about it, whose name was Giuseppe.

He said they hadn't used romaine lettuce for years. Really?! Years?! I asked why it was still listed on the menu then, and he said, "yeah we need to change that."

When I told him about the wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, and frozen cucumbers... he very matter of factly said the same story, about their fridge messing up.

His solution to remedy the problem after admitting he was aware that everything in the salad ingredients were messed up due to the fridge freezing?

A lousy $2 off the bill. That's INSULTING !

When I pushed the issue, he condescendingly tried to change the subject and ask me about the chicken.

Totally unprofessional and downright disrespectful.

Strike 3 *

(False advertising, insensitive, insulting, disrespectful, and unprofessional)

Places and people like this don't deserve to be in business.

P.S. A lot of these reviews are suspect too.. cause I've had their pizza before and in all honesty,...

Oh my wow, talk about my mind and taste buds being blown away!!

Talk about authentic and friendly! As I'm chatting away with the wonderfully friendly girl up front about how her parents came to the US from Italy, the kitchen reached out to ask her some things in Italian, such a little thing, but so cool! More friendliness ensues, as the conversation soon has the delivery driver and chef/cook all involved, talking about the beautiful scenery in the area and travel.

The restaurant itself is super clean, restrooms included. The decor is basic, but has a very relaxing, cozy atmosphere.

Bring on the food! My calzone was magic! The dough was so good, crispy on the outside, soft with just the right amount of chewiness in the middle, wrapped around great fillings that packed a flavorful punch, especially with the ample account of mozzarella and ricotta cheeses! This is all so good and then you add in the sauce. Yes, this magic sauce was so fresh and sweet, that when the calzone was done and there was sauce left in my cup, I slurped it up like you do with the last bits of a delicious bowl of soup!

Now the bad part........my house is 2,600 miles away. It's gonna be expensive to keep coming back, could you guys possibly open up one in Oregon please?

But seriously, totally awesome place, you won't be...

I feel like these reviews have to come from people who work at Ciro's. This was some of the poorest quality and most flavorless pizza I've ever had.

The cheese and toppings were sparsely sprinkled on top of the pizza and tasted bland.

The "Garlic Bread" was just dense lumps of what seemed to be old pizza dough. There was a loose handful of grated Parmesan thrown on as an afterthought. No spices. No salt. No flavor.

The chicken wings were coated in some mushy breading and, like the rest of this "food", simply lacked flavor. They also came with a squeeze packet of Kraft-brand blue cheese lacking even a hint of blue cheese flavor; it may as well been mayonnaise.

Sorry to give a bad review, but I have to be honest.

I recommend you find your...
