Taco Bell — Restaurant in Strasburg

Absolutely worst experience.....was hoping they would be better than Stephens City, but definitely worse. First they set up everyone going through the drive thru because they parked numerous cars including us. We waited for 10 minutes and then went in, found out that they had parked cars in front of us. Then 3 cars behind us received their food before us. No one made our food at all. They parked at least 10 cars out of the drive thru. Several people behind us started asking for refunds also. It's a new store so where is their training management? They definitely don't have enough experience to be left without leadership. In total we were there 30 minutes and left without food. Not to mention they charged full price for Sunday crunchy tacos and when asked about it was told if you don't mention it they...

Pulled into the drive thru with only one other car in the parking lot. After we placed our order at the window we were told to wait at the speaker while they prepared our food. In other words, "don't pull up to the window so we can falsify our drive thru times to make our store look better than it actually is." When I mentioned to the staff member that they were lying about their drive thru times I was given the reply, "yeah, well, it's what we have to do." Management is doing a great job teaching their employees that it is perfectly acceptable to lie to get...

Dined in the other night bout 9pm me and a fellow driver, place is dead one car in drive-thru, we stand at the counter for about 5 min and the place has about 6 people in the kitchen 1 on window doing orders, until 1 says counter to another co worker whos actually already working! Few dirty tables, chalupas over done, and place was HOTTTT! AC Anyone...! Tacos were hot, but the meal was delivered very slow for how many people were working. If you have time to talk, you have time to work.

Oh, and fix your tables they wobble worse...
