This is not the first time I encounter a problem with this location, the staff, and the management. I'm not rude or anything but I persist if something I paid for is not done according to the directions, same if it happens in my line of work. My point being that this establishment lacks a great deal of responsible parties eligible to give a good customer satisfaction or service. While ordering here the overall drive thru staff was kind. My problem is when I simply asked for two barbecue sauces the manager had to come over treating me as if I'm ignorant. He tried telling me that the sauces are ONLY for nuggets and tenders, ketchup are for fries. So, fries get there own but a snack wrap doesn't? By saying that, it would mean that this location has no kind of Customer service allowing customers to order according to their preference. If someone orders a snack wrap but wants the sauce on the side what will be said? "No, we can not do that for you and if you don't like it go somewhere else" Obviously not because this location is known for their high customer dissatisfaction and bribery. If something is wrong, they try to bribe people with something free for a good undeserving review. This is one of the first locations that I have been to that are cheap enough to really tell me that I have to pay almost $0.50 each for more than 1 sauce. I have been to plenty of other locations and establishments that when I ask for 1 or 2 extra sauces, whether it be to the manager or the team member they give them up willingly sometimes a generous extra. When I asked the manager "when did you start charging for sauces" he looked at me with puzzled face and nodded his head claiming he doesn't know. Also, there was no where on the menu stating that a sauce has it's own intended use nor that a surcharge will be given for individual sauces. Thus, making the regulation non existent, such as an unwritten law/ contract. I can never understand why the the McDonald's corporation would allow this location to remain as a part of their franchise, when service is horrendous and the higher official is mostly an angry, moody person never...
Read moreUsually I would never give McDonald's a 5 star rating but I have to give credit where credit is due because they have stepped their game up. The entire ordering process has changed. You no longer have to stand in front of a cashier and attempt to order your mcchicken with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and big Mac sauce. Now you can be a fat slob in private while you order your meal on a 5 foot tall touch screen. You can keep it simple and just order a big Mac or create a sandwich from scrstch.... Kinda. But The menu does needs a bit more tweaking It is very easy to get lost in all the options and steps. First order took me about 15min. But not because it was hard to order but because I've never been giving so many options in mcdonalds before. Paying for your food is a bit complicated. After you order it on the touch menu you have to go to the cashier and pay for it. Which is something that the touch screen menu should be able to do too, but whatever. But the real kicker is after you pay. you grab a number and a overworked McDonalds employee bring your food to your table. Which is kind of a big deal for McDonald because they are notorious for dishing out horrible customer service. The days of arguing with the non English speaking cooks and the ghetto fabulous cashier's are over. With just a couple clicks your on your way to having your meal served to you with a smile. Which is something I truly appreciate. As soon as they eliminate the cashier and make the menu more user friendly this process with become the standard for all fast food...
Read moreZero star service :::BEWARE::: FALSE ADVERTISING! And/or blatant incompetence! I ordered a $3 breakfast bundle saying just that along with some other things and was told OK last window. After reading my receipt wondering why it was so much after seeing the price of my coffee, I pulled back up to the window to be told "oh that just stopped today" by the girl who took my order! The guy there shouldn't be allowed to speak to customers. He hands over food well enough, can even take money and he sure does know where to point to the stores personal complaint number but god forbid he opens his mouth. Rude and crude because nothing is his problem, he pointed to the number after all. Maybe when I ordered a $3 special that would have been the time for the girl to mention its no longer available. Even then... Corporate complaint line opens Monday morning. I feel bad for all the customers being misled, charged almost double for something clearly advertised for $3. Wouldn't it be funny when I just go to give the chicken biscuit and hash brown to my dog at 6:15 and I realize the girl who took my order have me a chicken mc griddle clearly not what I ordered... Clearly not a bundle... not something I would buy for my dog like a biscuit? It be funny if the bundles are still available, just with an extra side...
