Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Stratford

The staff is always kind and friendly and the manager, Thi, clearly deserves the position; he takes customer satisfaction very seriously and obviously takes pride in taking care of the cafe and its customers. The team here will make a great contribute to the success of this location. I tried their watermelon mojito smoothie and my favorite bowl: chia oatmeal pudding. I can see why this smoothie is a fan favorite and the oatmeal bowl never lets me down!!

I’m doing all I can to spread the word about their grand opening today (Instagram video @thewrightrealtor.ct and posting in the local FB groups). I love tropical smoothie and I’m looking forward to their continued success!

The general manager at this store has an absolutely terrible attitude. The store as a whole has a terrible delivery and pick up system. I placed an order through delivery in which I didn’t receive my 3 smoothies or chips and was told in order to resolve the issue I can “place another order or come and get it!”. No refund option. He also blamed the delivery driver for “not coming to him directly” as if the delivery driver didn’t actually receive the order from him directly to begin with. I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie! The smoothies are always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. I appreciate that they have so many options, from fruity blends to protein-packed choices, and everything tastes so refreshing.
