Today i went there to get a coffee frappe, the lady didn't add sweetne. They would re make another one, but i have to wait "a little bit" She made me wait 30 minutes while they're making other drinks for other customers, then she went to the back of the store to restock gallons of milk. come on! !! Y can't you make my drink, then Re-stock? ? There are 3 ladies there, y can't one of them make my drink? BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE
Updates: Went there for a frappucino on 10/29/17 at 6:30pm, the same girl who is very unfriendly, very rude, unethical and inconsiderate. I requested to pour whatever in the blender into my own cups. Nope, she poured into the Starbucks cup, then into my cup. This Fng she rather poured the rest of the drink down the drain. Very nice of her. REALLY? NO ETHIC IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not all Target Starbucks locations are like this, itās literally just this one for some reason. whoever is training the staff isnāt doing a good job, and some of the employees are just plain rude and dismissive.
