Subway — Restaurant in Stratmoor

Only writing this review as this is the fifth time having the same issue in a row. They never open on time and have horrible attitudes when they do.! Do not spend your money here . The only reason I gave them this last chance is because it says the business updated hours 5 days ago so I figured they would open . No I was wrong , I called watched it ring and watched the employee watch it ring and when we made eye contact I asked her what time they are opening and she stormed out the back and opened gate in the mean time the Walmart worker said yeah they open when they want to. After she let us in the lobby no bread was even made as well as all cold food was still in the fridge in back. So although she opened the lobby, she wouldn’t be ready to serve for at least 30...

Okay so Sam’s Club’s food court decided to not have anything available today, so I thought, “where can I feed my fam for cheap and quick?” I knew subway had some promos so I waltzed over inside Walmart and found nobody there. Finally someone shows up, I think it was Michael. He seems thrilled to be working. We got two 5.99 footlongs which were dubbed “pizza” sandwiches but were no more than tomato sauce, onions, and toasted bread. And I had heartburn from this hearty meal. Also got two 6.99 footlongs which were normal.

But my biggest complaint, and I know this will never get to corporate, but why am I paying more for less? It’s not just Subway, but what used to be a 6$ footlong is now up to 14$ plus whatever sides or...

The Employee working was wonderful. The bad part was the rude nasty lady with i guess her kid that where staring at my son and I the whole time we where there ordering food. We got water cups the got accused by this lady who claims to be the store manager of getting soda! Are you kidding me! She used profanity at my son and I. We tried to sit in a open spot behind this lady and her son just glared at my kid who is only 11 years old it was like he was trying to be confrontational. I recommend not eating here until this manager is gone. The employee was nice and sweet but the manager is off her medication. Im glad we are just stopping threw town.
