Do not go here, I went through drive-thru and was told to parked because they had to make more chow mein. So I did, a few minutes go by and another vehicle parked next to me, soon after more vehicles were going through. The cashier who took my payment came out but she help the customer who came after me and they received thier food. As I waited, I realized more vehicle's were going through. So I checked my receipt. I was waiting there for over 20 minutes, so I go inside and ask for a refund but the manager refuses to give it to me. She said they are not allowed to issue out refunds, which is ridiculous. She then told me I had to call corporate and they will help me. They didn't even have our food ready and I order $50 worth of food. I stayed on the premises until I was able to call corporate office, which took another 20 minutes, just for them to say it will take 10 days. Even the person on the phone was wondering why they would not just issue the refund right then and there. What irritated me the most was she asked if I received anything at all and I said no multiple times. I even told her to check with the cashier who took my payment. I felt like she did not believe me at all.

I tried calling the location to tell them but no one answered the phone. I just had spine surgery after carrying my food up 3 flights of stairs i don't have the energy to go back in person to complain. This is extremely discomforting as I could end up with food posing from bad spoiled food. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely poor business tactics. Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express location due to a completely rude employee. From the moment I walked in their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. They acted like taking my order was a burden, didn’t acknowledge me properly, and were visibly irritated when I asked a simple question about my order. I understand that everyone can have a bad day but there’s no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and honestly, it made me question whether I want to return to this location.
