Dunkin' — Restaurant in Streator

Every time I go to Dunkin donuts in streator it’s always a bad experience. I can’t even begin to tell the ignorance that goes on at dunkin. All there employees are extremely slow on the job, pretty much just moving around the kitchen. The women is extremely rude to all her costumers. The last time i ordered I refused to take the drink becuase of one of the employees were wiping there nose repeatedly and handling food and the women work argued with me about it when we clearly both watched it happen. Just recently my room mate order and picked food from them and the same results, rude and slow but this time they only put alil bit of coffee in the cup and sent it out the way it was. The ice coffee had no flavor and the food was stale and they didn’t give her the right donuts plus she found I dirty donut.

I can go on forever about this business from purposely messing up orders to finding dirt on food. Hopefully this review makes a difference....

I moved to Streator back in December and I am a HUGE fan of Dunkin. I think they have the best coffee for fast food around. There is a male worker with glasses-Indian (using for description I love all races) who is probably the nastiest acting fast food employee I’ve ever ran into. I stopped going because of him. He throws my drinks and ALWAYS has a terrible attitude. I don’t know if he is the owner but they need to evaluate him. Today I went through because I wanted something fast. Didn’t have decafe iced coffee. While I was ordering tea he cut me off and I ordered that new chicken pepper wrap. Not only did he throw my sandwich but it wasn’t even ROOM TEMP YALL. I had to come home and warm it up. He needs to be fired because it’s ridiculous. This local establishment is a hit or miss. The owner does a wonderful job in ensuring that quality product comes out every time. However, his manager (which I believe is his son) often forgets items, mixes other orders up and has sent out sub par product.

My experience with subpar product was on a Sunday in which the manager was the one preparing products. A cold brew coffee was ordered, which was murky instead of clear, watered down and musky tasting. A replacement was accommodated and exchanged and was mostly ice.

Today, two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches were ordered. One drink was received and what we thought were two sandwiches. The missing drink was accommodated. When we got to sit down and eat our sandwiches (croissant, sausage egg and cheese), one was just a bagel with cream cheese. The vanilla iced coffee also had a...
