The sandwich was good once they got it right. The first sandwiches they made had no meat on them! Didn't notice that until i was already home and ready to eat. Drove all the way back to let them see no meat on sandwiches and was treated rude by I will assume the manager since he is the one they got when i came in. As I sat watching them make my sandwiches again I see on a few different times employees with cell phones going off. At one point the girl at the VERY BUSY drive through told a customer to wait so she could answer her phone. And I also seen several others take phones out of there pockets to answer text while making sandwiches to put the phones back in there pockets and continue makings sandwiches with out any hand washing at all! So I would think maybe if they got off the phones and paid less attention to text I may have gotten meat on our sandwiches. I understand they are new and teaching new employees, but watching them thru the drive thru window is PAINFUL! they have no idea what to do..wondering around like the are lost. Tonight they don’t close for another 15 minutes and the girl who answered the phone stated they are closing soon and could deliver the rest of my order tomorrow… ummm how does that feed my family TONIGHT?
