Honestly I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was a pretty bad experience. I pull up to the drive thru and order something even a toddler would understand. 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup and cheese and then a Asiago ranch Club with no tomato. Super easy right? She(Michelle) says the total is 7.59 which I thought “ okay maybe they just forgot something”. She opens the drive thru window and they are in the blasting music, screaming and yelling at eachother I can barely hear her enough. I hand her my card then she proceeds to hand me my bag of food and doesn’t even say have a nice day. The girl behind her then says before she closes the window “ omg there’s no cars in the drive thru hahaha”. I look in my bag and you’ll never guess it!! No chicken sandwich! I then signal her to open the window again. “ What?” She says. I then tell her I didn’t get my sandwich. Get this… she goes “ oh I thought that was on another order”. Mind you there is NO OTHER CARS IN THE LINE. After all that l get the sandwich’s and of course they are all wrong. Burgers have tomato’s lettuce and mayo and the chicken sandwich has tomato on it. Read moreOrdered a single combo. Received a hamburger with no meat. Ordered a Baconator combo and got some kind of messy double burger slathered with condiments. Both orders were totally incorrect, fries were cold and food looked like it was dropped on the floor then slapped together. Went back to store so they could remake the order and instead of making the burgers again they attempted to “correct” the now 20 minute old hamburgers which they managed to screw up for the second time. Morons aplenty at the Strongsville Wendy’s. Called the store and nobody will answer the phone so back for the third time to get a refund and make it a point to never ever under any circumstances go to the Strongsville Wendy’s again because even the most basic simple to make food will get completely destroyed by the idiots that “work” there. Will definitely be forwarding this appalling struggle to their corporate offices because we know we won’t get any results from the local stores management when they obviously aren’t capable of doing anything right. $15/hr will never happen because the dumb a$$ factor is in full effect everywhere and we’re dealing with simpletons who can’t follow the most basic directions. Read moreThe shift manager (assuming that's what she was) tonight (5/1/22 6:30pm) either needs a break, retrained, or just let go. The rest of the team was cordial and polite and apologetic for how horrible she was acting. She was belittling her workers in front of the customers, which included even firing one (for a really dumb reason for someone who's worked in the restaurant industry). While we waited for our food another patron actually offered this young man a job, along with any of the other staff that wanted one. (he was the GM for a local restaurant himself). Things happen for a reason, the GM was waiting for his mobile order and the shift manager very rudely told him to come inside because it wasn't ready yet, this was the only reason he was inside. All I can say is she should be ashamed of herself. If she was having a bad day or needed a break she should have removed herself to cool down (it was not busy by any means). Looks very poorly on...
