BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Strongsville

There was a lady named Vivian who had an awful attitude, i get we all have bad days but it was bad enough for me to make this review. she seemed so bothered when i came in. it wasnt even busy, in fact i was the only person there? It made me feel so unwelcomed. A+ to all the employees for making excellent food. im not sure if vivian is a manager or not but if so she needs to go. her portion sizes were awfully small and when i asked for double eggs she gave me barely a single portion, so i asked for extra and she got angry with me. totally not cool. will never come back simply bc of Vivian alone. i will spread this around so others can see the dark. i have NEVER wrote a review before. i was in a few weeks ago and i was in line and another person in line started yelling at vivian saying he wanted somebody else bc she was giving out barely any toppings. didnt think much of it at the time but now i can really see why. this store has gone to total garbage recently im not sure why. ive never seen vivian until recently, so whoever she is she needs to go. im beyond angry and upset with this company for hiring such a jerk. keep in mind i NEVER write reviews but this is really over the edge. i wonder how often it happened to others. if i see Vivian in the make line again i WILL turn around and leave, thats how bad she is.

UPDATE: i asked for my favorite employee to help make my bowl bc hes very caring for others and actually is patient and makes sure i get what i want everytime, and i was told he was fired BY VIVIAN!!! so even though its not my buisness, i asked a manager what happened if he wouldnt mind telling me since i was a frequent customer, and i was informed that vivian got rid of him bc he left a mop bucket out and other small details. absurd. now i really wont be coming back. i have had conversations with other shoppers while in line and we used to talk about "Big" Tyler and how he made us feel welcomed, even when we have no idea what was in front of us, he still explained everything extremely well. last time we talked he mentioned how much fun it is to work at bibibop, Imagine that!!! sad to hear. another reason i wont be returning bc of this new manager Vivian. this location is now a fail and wont be getting mine or my...

Went to get dinner and it was way less than satisfactory and it started right at the start of the serving line. This is the second time in a row that the problems started with the first employee that I encountered. This is the person that gives you either rice or greens. This bowl was for my wife who wanted greens. The greens bowl behind the counter was empty and the guy was just standing there when he asked me what I wanted. I told him to start with greens. He just stood there looking around at the other employees who were busy with customers and just stood there for about 30 seconds expecting someone to figure out what he wanted. Finally he went off looking for the greens. As you go down the line you get whatever you want. When I asked for anything more than one scoop of an item he would look at me like I was crazy. Next, not all of the bins had anything in them. It was like they wanted to get rid of certain items and not things that are more popular, like cheese, which had to be refilled at that point. Now, to make this perfectly clear this was nearer to the end of dinner hour and not anywhere near closing time. There really was no excuse for not being properly stocked at that point. There is a condiment stand after you receive your food and pay for it. It was a mess. It was filthy, it had no cups for sauces, there were exactly 6 lids and they were out of teriyaki, and yumyum sauce. You go somewhere to eat and it might not be as good as expected once. There is a recent review from DeZignz that is completely fabricated & frankly, a gross use of anonymity on the Internet to call for someone to be fired. I was behind this person in line when the incident referenced occurred & I can assure everyone that the customer was never treated with anything other than the utmost respect and professionalism. The complaint stemmed from the customer being upset after not getting her unruly food demands met for free.

The staff at the Strongsville BIBIBOP is top-notch, especially considering many of them are students without years of service-industry experience.

If you are a normal human being who is looking for high-quality food and good service, you will not be disappointed at this restaurant. The place is cleaner than any other fast-casual place I have been & they go out of their way to accommodate people who have dietary restrictions or reasonable customizations to their order.
