Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Stroud

Folks let me tell you what a really nice change it is to have a Simple Simon's pizza close by. I love the calzones that they make. Try the calzone and stromboli. The buffet rocks, I wish they hand made their ranch. Also the marinara sauce is spot on. The food has been awesome the few times I have been to the place in stoud.

Now, the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. I feel there is a lack of leadership in this resturant. 2 times we have gone to checkout with our food purchase there is a huge lack in communication. It seems to happen when it's not buffet time. We used a special offered by the resturant the first time and then an offer from the text club. I am not sure how both got messed up. I am not sure what happened but the order was not relayed to the manager.

Overall I think this could be an amazing addition to stroud eating scene. I just wish the mgmt and staff could get on the same page. If this would happen I believe this place could be...

While in Oklahoma for some friends wedding, after driving from Indiana and checking into our hotel, we decided to get something to eat. We arrive at Simple Simon’s Pizza, go in, place our order, wait and didn’t receive what we ordered. We also had stated it was to go, so as to go back to the hotel and relax, but it was brought out to us as dine in. Clearly the person who took our order was not listening even after asking a question about our order to confirm. The garlic bread sticks were not good at all. After letting it be known that we didn’t receive the right chicken wings, we are sitting there waiting and waiting after already waiting 25 minutes. But it was the short girl behind the counter who truly stole the show. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was unparalleled. Not only was she efficient and knowledgeable about their menu, but her genuine smile and cheerful demeanor made the whole dining experience even more delightful.
