Lin Cuisine — Restaurant in Stroud

I made an order and the two workers BOTH answered the phone, and argued who would take the order, causing them to mess up my order. I called not once but twice to explain that my order was incorrect and to find ways to get it fixed, instead of fixing the order the woman working there that claims she’s the owner HANGS UP ON me 2 times and tells me no refund. I show up to the restaurant and inform her that I do not enjoy being hung up on when she can’t be an adult and acknowledge that she messed up. After telling her this she doesn’t look at me, refunds me for half of my order after bringing my whole order, and she makes me repay for the food again. When all I needed was one to be fixed. Her attitude towards not wanting to fix her mistake and her hateful actions as a customer service worker made everyone in the restaurant at the time look uncomfortable and some even left and didn’t finish their meals. This place is cash/check only!! 🤔 Are we still in the 1980's?? In 2023, every business should accept card payments. They were quick to point us to an ATM located in their restaurant. Sure... if you don't mind paying the price of the food, plus their ATM fees, plus the fee that your bank charges for using out of network ATM. It's a shame because their food was actually really good. Unfortunately, I never carry cash anymore, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. When I called to ask another location, they said they don't plan on ever accepting credit cards. Btw... who carries checks anymore. Come on Lin... get...

Everyone will have their own opinion of this place. Great location, easy on or off I 44. A great stop for fresh Chinese. Rich flavors, the food was cooked fresh to order. Lunch is served all day with a side( rice only), Dinners they add an egg roll with your choice of white or fried rice. They are cash only but do have an ATM in their place. Not many places today 3 people can eat dinner for under $30. Right off route 66, you can add water, ice, gas, and donuts, all this plus more same exit. The restroom looked and...
