I picked up an online order for a friend through the drive-thru on the 31st on my way into work. There were two women I could hear, one was soft spoken and a louder one, the louder one said “one moment please,” while the other asked “can I help you,” but I thought she was at the counter asking another customer because she was so quiet so I waited. The soft spoken said it again so I began to greet her but then the louder woman cut me off and said “I said one moment,” I waited some more and the soft spoken girl asked again but I stayed quiet because I wasn’t trying to get more attitude over a misunderstanding. The soft spoken girl then said, “can.. I .. help.. you..drive thru” very loud over the mic. I was going to order something for myself through the drive thru but she didn’t give me time to say anything else after she told me to pull around. That entire experience was very weird and rude. I picked up the new Sabrina Carpenter Shaken’ Brown Sugar Espresso drink. I then went inside to get something for myself. I ordered the same drink as my friend and the woman at the counter (who was the louder one I could hear through the drive-thru) was already irritable. It seemed like she wasn’t fully aware how to type that new drink into the POS system, which is totally understandable it was day 1 of the drink, but she didn’t need to be so open about how annoyed she was with the request of the drink. The entire staff behind the counter were all just so unwelcoming. I do hope they were just having an off day but it was a terrible experience. The drinks were dark and not sweet, and since we’ve never had them before we had nothing to base them off of.We ordered our drinks today from a different location and it was an entirely different experience, the coffees were actually good, had sugar and had oat milk in them. So it just solidified us not going back because not only were they rude but they can’t make coffee right. I won’t be going back to that location and I advised my friend to not go...
Read moreI’m not one to leave reviews. The only time I will is if I was blown away in a good way or in a SUPER negative way and let me tell you, Every.single. Time. I go here, the staff is ridiculous rude. I don’t even know why these people work this type of job if they hate it so much. Honestly, it blows me away how rude they are. And literally every single time I’ve ever gone here, it’s been the same experience. One time I Ordered a chocolate frosted donut, the response I got was “no, I can’t do that” in such a condensing tone and I was so confused. When I asked “why” I got an even more just nasty response. I’ve gone back a twice thinking I might get a better experience and it was just the same thing. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering a donut and a latte. I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to that “walk in only “ one down the street just to avoid this place. Baffles me why anyone would hire people who just genuinely dislike other people or their job for...
Read moreThis has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been in. On July 3rd in the early morning I walk in , two people were standing there, never acknowledged me . I finally said can I place an order and one girl walked over to me, she never smiled, no pleasantries, she said what do you want. I was pretty taken aback but I gave her my order. She finally brought it to the counter and just stared at me. I said how much? I’ve never had to pull teeth to pay for a product . So today we were late heading out of town and my husband wanted some donuts, I told him not to go to that Dunkin Donuts store because they were aweful but he ignored me. He came out with the food and was so mad. He said 3 people were at the counter but they also ignored him, when he got out to the car the order was all messed up. He said I’m not going back in there, they were so rude. If I was this store owner I’d fire all of them!...
