Walked in early morning after a long shift at work just trying to get a maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich on a croissant (It was the special being advertised onp their app). I was told they did not have the maple sugar bacon, thats fine, running out of something happens, that is perfectly understandable.
When I then asked if they could just make it with regular bacon I was told they could not... seriously.
Staff then seemed generally annoyed as if it was my fault they didn't have the item and I was inconveniencing them by trying to order the thing they were advertising. I essentially had to start my order over in order to convey the concept that I still wanted basically the exact thing that I had just tried to order but made using the ingredients they actually had.
Also worth noting I was the only customer in the store at the time.
I honestly don't even know how to process that level of incomptence, I guess by going somewhere else when I want a quick fastfood breakfast from now on.

The quencher given to my friend was a lemonade and when she requested it be corrected, you would have thought she had insulted the employee. I was missing a donut, which I did get but had to stand on another long line to fix it. I got the feeling the employee taking the orders was overwhelmed as she made several mistakes, but the person making the drink orders made such blatant errors it would be laughable, except it wasn’t. One customer asked for a green iced tea but received a large strawberry looking drink with cold foam and a gentleman asked for an iced coffee with cream and sugar and received a large cold brew with cold foam. If this is the only DD near you, go for it, but be prepared for a lesson...
Read moreThis is more of a review on how the Fiskdale Dunkin updates their app, an app they rigorously promote. I have found that at this location on their app they don’t update what products are available or not. More times than not, something I had order is usually unavailable, and I’m notified when I arrive to grab my order and go, not prior. Since this location does not have a drive-thru I’d utilize the app as it’s suppose to be easier and quicker and I don’t have to interact with the unpleasant older female employee.
