Put in an order for pick up, was told 20 mins. After 20 mins I arrived and waited in line. There was one person in front of me, bit they messed up her puck up order so I waited behind her for 15 minutes... mind you I already paid and just needed to collect my order. We're now 35 mins into my order that should've been ready for pick up after 20 mins. I go to get my order, and only half of it is ready!!! They bagged half my order amd forgot to cook the rest. I stand there waiting with my kids for another 10 mins for them to finish and hand me my food. At this point I'm ready to ask for my money back and walk out... but with two hungry kids I didn't want to go through the order process and wait again at another restaurant. I live 15 mins away, I get home and big surprise half the order is cold and soggy by this time. I do not recommend this place to at all. There's literally 4 other places within a mile of it to get the same food. UPDATE I went back with my family to sit down and eat and give them a second chance... which made me drop my 2 star food rating to a 1 star. Literally half the food that was sent out was COLD, not luke warm just cold. The dip, both apps of meatballs, and an entree. Plus the Brussel sprouts were so salty I couldn't eat them. Our server offered the reward the plates, but then came back saying the cooks already left, it was approaching 9pm on a Friday. To me I heard it as the cooks wanted to leave asap and pushed the food out without caring about the quality so they could leave. I gave them a 2nd chance and they failed more miserably than the 1st time. Fool me once... I definitely...

This place is very over rated and doesn’t even deserve the one star but I can’t vote less lol. The only good thing about it is the brick oven but the brick oven is useless if you don’t know how to use it. The last 3 times the food was awful potato skins 2 small potatoes cut in half , 8.99 and burnt the sauce on my ziti was burnt and looked a dark maroon -I couldn’t eat it also because the burnt made the sauce bitter let alone the ziti were limp and fell apart unless I ate with a spoon-I asked specifically no onions on something because I am allergic and guess what? I got it full of onions - calzone was ordered with no sauce and it showed up with the wrong ingredients. Even though they didn’t charge me I left the money for the waitress instead. Because the $$$ is NOT THE ISSUE THE QUALITY AND SERVICE HOWEVER IS. We go out to relax not to eat for free . The most disgusting unprofessional rude thing that I have experienced is the lady with blonde hair I guess she is part owner what a rude attitude, speaks down to people with anger if you complain about something . So basically here it is in a nutshell- she wants you to go there order & give them your hard worked money eat garbage and don’t complain otherwise she will curse you out and throw you out another words be a total you know what. I looked at reviews on yelp many had my same complains. Since 2012 Phantom Gourmets visit this place has changed hands TWICE. THIS ISNT THE SAME PLACE & NOT BY A LONG THE SAME QUALITY FOOD....

This afternoon we met with my Daughter and her husband along with my Son at a place we selected at a halfway point for all of us to travel. We settled on Enrico's in Sturbridge MA. plenty of parking and a fairly large dining area spilt in two with a good sized bar in between. nice atmosphere. We arrived when they opened at 11:30 A.M. and were the first to be seated and within 20 minuets the place was starting to fill up. It seems like a nice local spot to stop in and catch a football game and enjoy a few beers from a large selection of craft brews. We started off with a salad for the table, good sized salad loaded with fresh greens , ham, salami, cheese olives and peppers. we ordered a couple of pies one with bacon, onion and cheese, the other with pepperoni and sausage. Both done to perfection, nice thin crust pies. We also ordered a chicken parm panini and an order of chicken wings (9) wings with a sweet chili Thai sauce, and a bleu cheese sauce on the side. w asked for the wings to be well done and they came to the table just as ordered. Yummy Yummy. The service was excellent and not because we were the first ones there, I believe our hostess was Emily (not 100% sure), but she was very attentive and came by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. I will say I am very particular about chicken farm, in my opinion the chicken was a little on the dry side but otherwise very good, nice sauce. Nice place to eat and grab...

I came for takeout and got Broccoli Alfredo with chicken on the side (child allergy I realized it was cooked with the pasta and due to an allergy I had to return it. If it wasn’t for the chef Shawn I probably wouldn’t of ever came back to this establishment. He went out of his way to pull me to the kitchen and kindly asked what was it I wanted exactly, Sweetheart Please hire more like him, and please teach your kitchen staff not to lie about an allergy, because I did ask several times and was told several times it was cooked separately, when I got home I noticed the chicken that was supposedly cooked separately had broccoli on it. Not cool, my son could died. Edit food was horrible pasta over cooked and broccoli undercooked yum 🙄 thank god it was paid for with a gift card. Down eat cider made it bearable. Sorry never again

Very disappointed. We ordered on line and showed up when it said the order was ready. I thought I ordered garlic pizza and paninis but received a garlic calzone and paninis. Steak and Chicken Parm paninis were not even started although the calzone was ready so I had to stand and wait an additional 25 minutes for my food. The paninis were dry, bland, and awful. The chips were greasy and bland, the calzone was cold and the crust was so rubbery we couldn’t chew it. I called the Restauraunt and the woman who answered the phone told me I got what I ordered. I guess I did along with a lesson. Don’t order on line and prepay so you can just leave and better yet, eat elsewhere. It was a 50.00 + lesson that I will not soon forget.
