This McDonald’s has the absolute worst customer service ever. We waited over 15 mins for 2 happy meals and a McDouble. There was a bunch of workers not really doing much. I would understand if there were a lot of customers but there wasn’t. When I asked how much longer they thought it was gonna be I stated it was just because we didn’t expect it to take this long and have somewhere to be the young man was helpful and told me about 5 or 10 more minutes (in addition to the 15 we already waited) and I was like oh… are you guys waiting for something to finish cooking? And he said uhhh yeah. I said okay and then someone who ordered after me was given their order while a different worker than the young man LOUDLY said they appreciated their patience and praised them. While I am still waiting for my food after I politely asked how much longer they thought. And I walked back up there asking what they were waiting to finish cooking (simply because I was going to say don’t worry about the specific item they were cooking the women extremely rude said “YEAH UM I DIDNT HELP YOU BEFORE but here I am now trying to help you so what is it?” (And rolled her eyes) I said “oh okay, I apologize I was told something was still coo” and she cut me off and said “ugh what is your order number” so I gave her the number of my receipt then she said TABLE 11 YOUR ORDER IS TABLE 11 THATS WHAT I NEEDED FROM YOU MMK” I said “oh okay well I was just ask” and was cut off AGAIN with her saying she’s doing it right now and talking crap about me in the back. Then she walks out and looks me in the eyes with a horrible attitude yelling table 11! TABLE 11!?!?! I just pointed to the table tent that was in plain view and she basically threw out food at the end of the table we were not sitting at laughed and walked away throwing her hands up. I’m not sure why she was so angry but that was the worst service I have ever received anywhere. Especially when I had my children with me. I would drive the extra few minutes to any McDonald’s other than this one. I’m shocked and appalled to be honest. I’ve actually managed restaurants before and tend to give people the benefit of the doubt but oh my god these people are off the chain… also this is the amount of fries I received due to the disrespectful disgusting women...
Read moreEesh. This will be a long one. We only order McDonald's a few times a year and I'm not sure exactly when this one opened but we ordered for pickup today on their app and it was a disaster. We paid for extra stuff (cheese and bacon on a chicken sandwich and burger) and none of it made it on. We were also missing 4 items from our Happy Meals. It was a really big order, so kind of understandable to mess up one or two things but that many was insane. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, there was no ketchup on one of the burgers even though it says it comes with it and we didn't ask for it to be excluded, there was so much sauce and mayonnaise on a couple of the things they were swimming in a puddle of it in the box/wrapper, the app was acting up (which happens almost every time we do this and is no fault of the location but just added to the frustration), and the way the store is set up it's impossible to get hold of any employees unless they come to the front to ask you if you need something. Super weird. But we got all the way home with the order, saw all of the things that were wrong, and considering how much we spent I wasn't going to let it go. So I tried calling 4 times and no one answered. So we got back in the car, drove back with the food that was incorrect, flagged someone down and asked them to get the manager (who was very nice and apologetic), she reordered the items that were incorrect after I gave her our ones we didn't want, she gave us the items we were missing, and we stood there and waited for 5-10 minutes (I wasn't keeping track) until our new number was called. I checked the food again and both items were wrong again. We just left because I gave up and wasn't going to wait around again getting even more frustrated. But that's way too much money to spend to get gross food that isn't even what you ordered. Our kids begged us because of the Pokemon stuff (and we only ever go as a special treat for them) but we won't ever be back. It's inconvenient, bad tasting, expensive plastic food and not sure why it exists. Next time I will just take my kids to the store to buy them a toy instead of getting them soggy incorrectly made and overpriced...
Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous the wait time. There was only two cars and I waited 30 minutes for two burgers. The lady can't multitask and she is rude and she takes two orders, opens the window and shuts it on you, after about 10 minutes she will take your payment. There WAS ONLY TWO CARS, I can't believe how long it took and the food wasn't even hot! Smithfield is WAY better, I'll drive the extra 7 minutes!
So we have been coming recently to give it another chance, the breakfast is always hot and fresh but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. We have been in line with only five cars for 20 minutes and no one has taken any orders. So we had to do mobile order and go inside. It is really sad because hardly no one here and the wait is absolutely ridiculous. 25 minutes and we are still waiting and they won't let us get a refund. Manager seems very overwhelmed and it seems no one is actually working rather just standing around. Last update: going on 40 minutes. I will be contacting cooperate as they wouldnt give us a refund .
An updated review as well, they need new management! The manager here is very unprofessional and she will argue with you. Are biscuit with stale as a rock and then they only put bacon on it with no egg or cheese and then she argued that she knows she put it up there.
