It was the most unbelievable event I have ever experienced trying to get a cheeseburger! So I ordered a #6 Combo Meal (BK King) and ordered it "off the grill", with ONLY lettuce, tomatoe and mayonnaise. I fixed my drink and came back the counter to observe them. I watched the young man making a cheeseburger and putting jalapeno peppers on it. So I asked the young girl (Adriana) if that was my burger and she said yes. I replied, I just watched him put jalapeno peppers on it so it's not right. She told me "Oh yeah! It automatically comes with those on it!" I said, "Not when I ordered L,T, & M only!" So she turned back to the guy preparing food, fumbled around for another few seconds and brings me a bag. I took the sandwich out and opened it and it was loaded with jalapeno peppers, onions, pickles and I don't know what all else that thing didn't have on it! Again, I told her, "This isn't right and not the way I ordered it. Are you understanding that I only want lettuce, tomatoe and mayonnaise on my sandwich?" She told me that she didn't make the sandwich. He did! I said ma'am, I gave you my order. She kept on explaining that it wasn't her problem that the she wasn't responsible for making the sandwich. I was in total disbelief! Finally the manager came up front and I told him what going on. After another 5 minutes, I finally got my food and it was finally RIGHT! Read moreSLOW SERVICE!!!! A health inspector is needed at this location immediately. Went here after a dr’s appointment to grab something quick…or so I thought would be quick. I got to the speaker around 10:18 am and asked could I order lunch. He said that they were still serving breakfast, so I had to order something from the breakfast menu. I settled for something off of the breakfast menu. Didn’t get to the drive thru window until around 10:34 pm. Since it was now lunch time, I asked could I order a lunch menu item now, since it was what I wanted in the first place. He said yes, since I waited so long, but I would have to pull around. Pulled around and waited about 10 more minutes until I just went inside myself. While I was waiting, I began to eat my breakfast. The french toast sticks were old and burnt and so were the hash browns. I could tell that they redropped them in the grease and their grease tastes like it was old and needs to be changed. Would not recommend, especially if you are pregnant like me. I honestly did not trust this food and would not eat it after seeing the poor quality of it. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant at the designated pickup time, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, 20 minutes later, I’m still waiting—and I’m writing this review while standing here, watching the chaos unfold.
It’s unclear who earned the three-star rating at this location, because the system that tells you when your food will be ready is clearly broken. If the app says “ready,” it should mean ready—not “wait indefinitely.” Several other customers have come in frustrated, reporting long waits in the drive-through for mobile orders as well. This isn’t just a one-off; it seems to be a pattern.
I understand that things can get busy, but if mobile ordering is offered, it should be reliable. Otherwise, it creates confusion, delays, and a poor experience for everyone involved. I hope management takes a closer look at how orders are processed and communicated—because right now, the system isn’t working.
