This was my first time going here since moving from up north, so I'm not sure if I picked a strange day to go, but I was pretty surprised to see a gathering at the door right before opening. Where I'm from Goodwills and other thrift stores aren't nearly as busy.
I was there just over a half an hour, it got much busier. People were blocking walkways, oblivious to other people trying to get through. Those are my only complaints, and even then I'd say they are more just observations coming from someone who has a bit of social anxiety.

Read moreI go weekly since I have several little ones I am always trying to find good deals. People are nice, but they don't follow protocol. I stopped because I saw a kids item out front and went in with the tag. The lady said go ahead and shop and bring the tag with you when you are ready to check out. We were very excited for the great deal we found. When I arrived at the front I paid for everything but when I went to get my item it was gone. The manager tried to find it but another cashier sold it. The manager asked her how she solid it without a tag and she said I just thought it was worth 9.00 so I sold it for that. Read moreThey literally robbed me here. I stopped here to stretch my legs during a drive from Delaware back to North Carolina. I had my 6 kids with me and let them all pick out a toy to keep them occupied on the drive. Of course it was hectic while I was in there so even though I thought my total was high, I didn't realize until today they charged me over $10 for items I didn't buy. Because this store is 6 hours from me I obviously can't get my money back, I am furious that this happened and that I can't do anything about it.
