The review is based on the service received and not the product. I was out there with my family to enjoy the Sunday evening on 6/28/2022. As I processed the payment, the associate brought my attention to the total amount that I actually authorized which was over by $100. I requested the refund and was told that only owner can process the refund and he'll do it when he comes before closing so I can call back to check the status on this refund by next day. I tried several times and they keep telling me they can't do anything about it and that I'll have to dispute the transaction with my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable. They still owe me $100 that they refuse to process. This shouldn't be that hard, all that was needed to happen was that my original transaction should've been voided and they could recharge me the original amount and yet they failed to do so. I still expect my return.

   Read moreI have order this cake for Feb 14 and when I got home and open the box this is what I saw, a ugly, poor decorated cake. Next day I call the store to speak to the manger about it and they claim that they are not cake decorator so this is how they decorate their cake order and continue to argue with me about it. The main reason for the phone call is not to ask for a refund or discount, it's simply a courteous for them to be more mindful with the cake order in the future so this won't happen to others but instead of apologizing the manger and happen to be the owner of the ice cream shop just keep arguing with me about it. I have worked at a ice cream store before and I would never give my customer this poor quality of cake to a customer! I guess the owner don't really care about the quality of the cake and for sure don't care about his customers! Very very poor customer services.    Read moreI donât know if their signage is deceptive or the store policy is designed to get as much money out of you as possible, but my family of 4 went in for small ice creams. 2 upgraded to the waffle bowl. When I got the credit card slip to sign, it was $29. The waffle bowl upgrade was $1.39 each. What they didnât tell us is that you apparently donât get a choice of size with the waffle bowl. They charge you for a large ice cream PLUS the upchsrge for the bowl. The menu gives 3 options for size, then the upcharge for the waffle cone. After a long argument and my refusal to be taken advantage of, I gotta $4 back. I wonder how many people were overcharged by 1/3 and never noticed. So BEWARE. if you want a waffle bowl instead of a waffle cone, even with the same amount of ice cream, you will be paying $8.38 plus tax. Period. We will...
