I just spent 17 minutes ordering pizza from what I know now is a call center not the actual store. That was the worst mistake they could've ever done!!! I first tried to order online (which I usually do) I was using a gift card. Apparently u can't use more than one payment option. So I call the store closest to me and talk to someone (call center) he didn't speak good English what so ever. Very hard to understand. Well Apparently they can't do more then one payment either. He said the store would take care of it. The order would be placed. After minutes on hold he can't place the order and was transferring me to the store. He said they would take care of the other part of the payment and place the order. Finally someone picked up. I explained my situation and he said "unfortunately we do not take orders. U would have to call the call center." I said I will not be calling anymore and that they sucked and having a call center that knows nothing and a system that was awful was the worst thing. They just lost a customer with a gift card that will just sit here....

(Not me, I witnessed while I was there on a previous visit) This particular visit my order was placed in advanced online. When I arrived to pick up my order I realized it had been made incorrectly. I had to wait while it was re-made. No apology, offer to give me the pizza they made wrong, no other compensation. (My pizza was a 5 topping pizza where they made me a pizza with 2 toppings) Just took my wrong pizza....proceeded to tell someone who needed to remake it....she rolled her eyes. Then had to ask if my pizza was the one just sitting on the table alone and not in a box. To which the lady said oh I didnt know what that one was. Really? The whole point of picking up pizza on the way home to rush out to a basketball game is now pointless. I knew better than to try this location again, but I wanted to support Bellbrook Businesses. I will drive to Beavercreek before supporting this...
Read moreI’m from California & had a terrible experience my first time at Papa Johns out there & never went back. I was craving some pizza & I decided to give it another try, & I’m so glad I did, because my pizza has been fresh, and delicious both times! I haven’t tried another location, & I probably won’t because this location’s customer service is outstanding! I need to give a big shout out to Alex, it was clearly a busy day yesterday, & she had literally just been cussed out over the phone, hung up with them, & STILL managed to smile & give her best performance for us customers! She’s awesome! I myself have worked in the restaurant industry & I know how discouraging it can be when people forget we are human too, serving them. So a big thanks to this team for always giving their best & having the best attitude despite the craziness! You are all appreciated & noticed. I definitely recommend this...
