I am so fed up with this store Staples do you need to get a clue the customer service is terrible the only people in there that know how to treat a customer are the two main managers and maybe the girls in the copy center they’re pretty good but everybody else there is useless in my opinion back in the day when you worked somewhere you had to know a little bit about everything in the store before you could be let loose today that is not the case I was at the self help yourself coffee section I put my paper in wrong realized it the very first copy and nobody could tell me how to stop the copy machine matter of fact the girl behind the counter was very rude the young man that I asked if he knew how to stop it shrugged his shoulders and then after I had to get upset then the girl tries to speak with me and I was already frustrated and left so basically I lost $36 at Staples you’re welcome Staples I’m done shopping there I’ve had...
Read moreI was at staples to get business cards for my business and the employees was very rude and would not help me when I have questions and they told me that they would be ready for me on Sunday and when I called about them the employee was very rude and unprofessional on the phone had the worse attitude even and when I went to pick my business cards up they were very cheap looking and they were off center and they told me they were out the paper for them and when I talk to the manager back it they told me that they had card stock for the business cards.. I am not happy about my experience and this is not the first time I have had problems with this company if u guys r so busy and have to be so rude to the customer I think u need to hire more people or cross train...
Read moreI’ve given Staples multiple chances, but the customer service continues to disappoint. Every time I visit, I wait over five minutes just to be acknowledged—completely unacceptable. Today, my husband picked up two print orders for me, one of which was a rush order due tomorrow. When he asked for both, the staff member gave him attitude and insisted there was only one order ready now and the other was a rush for tomorrow. Despite that, she handed him the rush order—not the one I actually needed today. Now I have to make another trip just to get the correct order.
