Great place for breakfast in the Summersville area We were staying at a nearby hotel and saw this restaurant as we were driving the area. There are many of these locations across West Virginia and we decided to try this location first. I am very glad we did. It was easy to get to as it is located right off WV 41 (W Webster Road). There is parking on all sides of the restaurant. This location, and most locations apparently, have dine-in and drive-through service. We decided to Dine in. We ordered at the counter. They have a rather extensive menu for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Once you order, they give you a number for you to put on your table and when the food is ready they bring it to your table on real plates with real silverware. The staff, both the lady that took our order and the one that brought it to our table, were friendly. The dining room had booths around the outside and tables for four people in the center. The room and the tables were all clean. The food came out promptly and was very good. The price was very reasonable. Our enjoyment of this restaurant caused us to visit 3 other Biscuit world locations on our vacation to the area. I would highly recommend this place to my...
Read moreI have been a big fan of Tudors for years at several locations. We have visited the Summersville, WV location many times since they opened. The last few months the service has been terrible, the food either cold or get the order wrong. I travel all over WV with my occupation so I eat your food regularly because it a great breakfast. I don't usually complain, but this morning there was 3 cars in front of me, and it took 15 mins to get to the ordering board, when I finally got there I shut my car off and the young lady taking the order was very distracted had to repeat the order 3 times 2 sausage flapjacks, and a butter bagel and 2 drinks. Then another 15 mins. later I finally get our order. The service has been the same routine for around the last 3 months. This was around 9:45 A.M. in the morning so it wasn't even the morning rush. This by far is the worst Tudor's in the chain. Needs a...
Read moreWe arrived at 1:51 and they closed at 2. Needless to say they forgot our tea and the blackberry biscuits didn't have granola or icing on it. I get that you close at 2 but u wasnt closed. We are still customers. When we went back to get our tea the lady was very rude and said we closed at 2. They had already put the tea up and after all that they gave us unsweet. As far as the blackberry biscuits she told us that the icing melted but there was no icing or granola. I've worked and managed several restaurants over the years and you should never treat customers badly just because u close in 10 minutes. We will never be back to Tudors in...
