From the time I walked through the door of the Northside dealership in Summerville, until I walked out the door, I felt as if everyone I came in contact with were family. I have worked with a lot of dealerships in the past but never had the experience of working with anyone that was so friendly as Patrick Paugh and Justin Boggs.
Patrick, as a salesman, was fantastic. He never left my side from the moment I walked in until I left the lot. He made sure that he pointed out everything in the vehicle I had chosen making sure I understood what the switches and buttons were for. A great person and he can sell me my next vehicle! Answered every question in such a professional manner making sure I understood what he was telling me. I have never experienced a sales person that treated me as a special customer.like Patrick Paugh did me.
Justin Boggs worked with me on the financial end of my purchase. He is such a professional employee. I so enjoyed working with him and he made sure that I understood exactly what I was signing. All my questions that I had he answered fully in such a manner that I understood each of his answers. Enjoyed talking to him and the laughter that we shared. Your a good guy, Mr. Boggs.
Mike Seabolt came in Patrick's office and introduced himself to me. He offered me something to drink and made sure I was okay. Very friendly-jolly person. Walked back in shortly after our introduction and gave me two gifts. Very sweet of him and much appreciated as I can use both. That was a first for me. He was such a sweet person - perfect for working with customers. A perfect fit for car dealerships.
Derrick Carol was another salesman that I had the honor to tease. He took the teasing well. He came in where I was at and was such another jolly person, a delight to talk too.
I am sure all other employees that work at Northside are as great as the ones I have mentioned. Can't imagine anyone going to Northside being unsatisfied with any of the employees, if so they came in with a bad attitude expecting to be unsatisfied with the employees.

Having my truck serviced with you is fine with me. I've tried several dozen times just to get the recalls completed at your location, and still haven't been able to get them done.
The first time my truck was ever serviced your mechanics stole all of my tools under the front right seat.
Donnie the service manager covered for them, lied, saying that they were looking for the key to the locking lugnuts. Problem with Donnie's lie, I don't have locking lugnuts.
1st service ever....Your mechanics tore the electrical harness to the front right seat while stealing the manufacturer supplied tire changing kit.
Your mechanics are thieves, but I would be ok with that fact, if they could correctly complete a simple tire balance.
But, they are in such a hurry to achieve your production quotas, that they fail to even balance tires correctly.
So, if you and that gaggle of thieves ever decide to do an honest day of work, I'm more than willing to use your shop.
Honestly,...and truthfully a customer waiting for you to acquire the most basic level of decency.
PS. Every single time I have used your shop, I have driven away with sad pathetic dishonest ""service ". Actually dishonest garbage. I drive away after a six hour ""oil change "", only to find out when home, the oil change was not actually done at all.
A place in Hell is reserved for those that lie and cheat their way through this life. I encourage you to repent of your evil.

Read moreCame here to say that this is the best dealership experience I have ever had. I have to give a specific shoutout to Wade, Mike, and Richard at Northside have worked DILIGENTLY (which may be an understatement) to give me the best deal that I could walk out of the door with, without any BS and making sure that all sales and incentives were applied all while giving me a great price for my trade-in.
They were willing to fill up my gas tank if I walked out of their office without getting a good deal and kept their word.
I walked out on the first day, but I came back because of how dedicated they were to helping me out alongside the fact I was getting the best deal I could find in the region.
In my opinion, if more Dealerships modeled and executed their approach like these guys did, I don’t think any lot would have a struggle selling cars or gaining new customers. I am beyond pleased with my experience and they consistently ensured that I wasn’t pressured to make a decision, I was comfortable the entire time, and they drive a hard bargain!
