Subway — Restaurant in Sumter

Will be looking for another establishment to get my wings. Used their online ordering system like I have done several times before. The email I received stated they would be ready for pickup at 6:15. I arrived at 6:15 and when I told the cashier I was there to pick up my online order, she pulled the ticket from the printer and gave it to cooks, thats when they started to prepare my food. 15 minutes later, no food. I told the manager I wanted a refund and she said I had to go online to get my refund. There's no place online to request a refund. Now in a battle to get my money back.

Will not patronize this...

I use to come here often (at least once a week) but I won't anymore. After two different visits and you're always out of meats, the service is rude, and they act like they don't care. It's worth the drive to go into town to get better service and food elsewhere. I would not recommend this particular establishment to ANYONE that has standards or likes to enjoy their $10 footlong, Because you WILL NOT find that here. Don't let the other reviews or cleanliness fool you. And if you go, I wish you better luck than I have...

Hi, just went through and I go to this Subway all the time, A soldier in front of me asked if he could receive a military discount (of which I am aware you offer, for I see it all the time) and she denied him the discount saying that one never existed. The girl serving him had dyed red hair, lighter-brown skinned and was below 5' 7", I hope you can clear this up as those brilliant men and women fought for that right at a discount, no matter how slight, for it cannot equal to the lives that they sacrifice or...
