McDonald's — Restaurant in Sumter

Was pulled to 3rd window where employee came to after I had been waiting to ask what my order was. Order still not right and missing food. Biscuit was hard, tried to call back several times and no answer. Terrible when u pay money to get the wrong food and call to give them a chance to correct it (AGAIN. BECAUSE MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG) and they can't answer the phone. I do not like to give bad reviews but someone needs to do something about this location. Time after time I've been told, BY MANAGERS, yeah they're to busy playing and not paying attention, as the reason why something was wrong or missing. Was even told the last time 2-3 weeks ago that my whole order would be replaced and gift cards given to make it right and give them another chance. Did not receive anything but the replacement of the sandwhich and not even a we're sorry. So at some point, someone needs to be aware of what's going on and actually do something about this. I don't want anything free, i don't even want my missing food replaced or money back at this point. I just want this to reach the proper hands because there is no reason or no way that I'm the only person that EVERY visit is WRONG, OR MISSING PART OF THE ORDER. And almost always you're getting pulled or parked with just 3 meals! I hope something gets done because this place is ruining...

McDonald's are usually hit or miss, that's just how it goes. We have 4 or 5 locations in my small town and this particular locatuon is by far the worse and it isn't so much the food as it is the customer service. We stopped by here for a late lunch/snack, we enjoy our food a certain wayn as most people do. Asked for extra and got the wrong extra topping. It wasn't even busy and we were greeted as if it were the busiest lunch rush you'd ever seen. Paid for our order went to the next window to get said order, if it wasn't for me paying attention the deinks would have spilled everywhere due to the drink holder being busted and the fppd would have followed because of the massive rip in the bag. That's alright because those are unforeseeable (almost) but when I said "excuse me you forgot one of my sandwiches" all hell seemed to have followed with it employees yelling in the background refusing to believe they forgot anything then, remember that extra topping I asked for, yeah it still wasn't on there but boy did they pule on the lettuce, maybe they were trying to send me a message, lol. Then basically had that item they forgot thrown at me I decided to just drive away (luckily with all my food, made the wrong way or not I had it all). This isn't my first bad experience with this locatuon and as I'm sure it will...
