After waiting in the stalls to order, we were advised that the stalls were closed. Once we get to the speaker to order, we advise that there are two orders. Audrey working tonight advised that they could only take one as they were short staffed. When we inquired (with only one car in front of us) to find out how we were going to order when the stalls were closed and we had multiple food orders and payments. Audrey then tells us she can take the orders. Once we finished the first order, she never asked about the 2nd order, and she ignored all requests when speaking back into the intercom. We backed up and pulled back forward for Audrey to then acknowledge us. She then seemed to be annoyed that we still wanted to order. She acted as though she didn't know what was being told to her. Having the order repeated multiple times.. a number 3 (which was the wrong sandwich, a chicken sandwich instead of a burger), 2 corn dogs, fries, and drinks. My $12 chicken club didn't have bacon or lettuce on it. No complaints about the lettuce being missing. Audrey was too preoccupied yelling into the speaker at someone on their phone. We pull to the window and pay and advise that the next order is also ours. Audrey comes over to explain they have "about 4" working tonight. I come here when I visit home and sadly it's not the same. Read moreThe night staff seems very aloof doing their job from the vibe I was given. They gave me the wrong order, when I tried to call to say I was coming to fix it they hung up on me three times before a manager actually answered. I also think I was over charged for the crosonic sandwich (they told me it was $7.81 but I’m more than sure the menu says for just a sandwich it should be closer to $4 or $5 after tax) when I asked the employee at the window she said and I quote “I just started here a few days ago so I don’t know how much or what all this stuff is”. I understand food service is hard but at sonic memorizing the menu and prices should be a lot easier than most places and it should also be the first thing a new employee does for their training.
