US Wings & Deli- Sumter — Restaurant in Sumter

I ordered a 6 piece honey mild wings combo only to get home and be VERY disappointed! My order was instead HOT wings… I called and spoke to the Owner of the restaurant (woman) and gave her my order number and told her what happened with my order. When I got to the restaurant, You would have thought that they would have been apologetic and offered to fix my order but NO..That didn’t happen instead I was ridiculed and told that my order was right even though it wasn’t. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I couldn’t get one and when I threatened to call my bank instead…a kind woman stepped in and told the owner (male)to do the right thing and give me back my money! I was charged $1 for the one wing that I tasted and he also tried to short change me and give me $7 when I paid $11.43. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again! They treat their customers like second class...

I ordered food from there right before they stopped taking orders. I told the lady someone was picking it up because I was working so she read it back to me 3 times to make sure it was right. Even wrote the order on the containers. They gave me the wrong order and refused to answer the phone when I called before they closed. I called the next day and the manager just kept denying the mistake despite me having pictures of the food and my call log. All they keep doing is hanging up on me and being disrespectful. Will never order from there again. Terrible...

Food here is actually pretty good, especially the wings. A favorite of the family. The one complaint which really bothers me, is the food is never ready on time, when you call in advance. Not that there's a crazy wait time, but if a business is taking call-in orders, what's the purpose, if customer arrives at restaurant and still has to wait normal wait time and behind customers who are in line.
